I finished my take on the Jungle Titan. The WIP is here. I painted this mostly to shake the rust off of the painting skill before working on my Reaper Con entries. I didn't put much time into the base, sorry. This is slated for the game table. Have a great day, Andy

It isn't easy being green! Especially when you're green and not an Orc, or a Goblin, or a Troll, or a Gith, or a....wow, there's a lot of green monsters! The Froghemoth: I hadn't even noticed the clutch of eggs until I was inking the base! I'm happy with how they came out...reference photos had frog eggs in the entire rainbow of colors. The Jungle Titan. This guy was a lot of fun to paint. I'm not sure what I'll use him as...maybe just an overgrown Lizard King in D&D 5E. The Weregator. He'll likely be used as a Gatorman heavy for Lizardfolk runs. Last and least, Lizardfolk!

Here is a project that I really got to get into. My client wanted an Imperial Knight that had turned to Tzeentch. It was to be allied with his Chaos Daemons force, so it did not need to be a Thousand Sons Knight. There is only a little bit of conversion here- the head was swapped out for the head of a High Elf Phoenix. Otherwise, the alignment was all down to coloration. I wend with a blue to purple fade for most of the armor plating- I felt this was right for the god of change, and the bright pink contrasted nicely with that (and also matched a force composed largely of pink horrors). Of course, it isn't right to leave any Imperial Knight mini without freehand, so I made sure to get a lot of the Changing God's iconography all over him.

I'm hooked on WarmaHordes, and picked Skorne as my faction. I spent way too long painting these, wanting to do my best. Ironically, I think that stress led to worse paint jobs! Anyway, here they are varnished and all. Master Tormentor Morghul. Pretty fun to paint (and play). Before he gets knocked down and killed that is The big guy is a Titan, really a trunk-less elephant with two extra arms. They hit pretty hard, and run sort of slow. Before we start whipping them. Or rushing them, Or all of it! Mahaha! Cyclopses! Pretty clever for warbeasts. Up close of the bases. Green stuff, Happy Seppuku stamps and stones. These are the most differently painted ones, I think I'l go with a look closer to the left one for the rest of the army. Comment, critique, feedback or anything else aprecciated.

Ever since my grandson saw the movie (300)...he has asked me to paint him a spartan miniature...he also plays on an international flag football team that are called the (Spartans). So this piece was painted for him and mounted on a varnished walnut display base...He requested that I keep it simple with no trees, flowers, etc...just the spartan warrior with helm, shield and spear (like the characters in the movie). FIGURE...Ral Partha (Titan # 01-108)...circa 1985-86.

This is in reply to a requested scale shot of the Ral Partha Titan (posted earlier today). It shows the size of that miniature vs. a standard Reaper male figure and a standard Ral Partha female figure. I hope that this meets with your request.
