Presenting the Gentlefolk Lancer, part of the Servants of the Engine faction in the game Twisted by Demented Games. Pretty pleased with how he turned out, his colour scheme is (Very loosely) based on a Napoleonic-era Spanish uniform I found online. As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.

Presenting Agatha Christie, a member of the Egyptian faction in the game Twisted by Demented Games. She's slightly slanted (I think I've been attaching my minis to their bases before the Greenstuff fully dries, so they go a bit wonky when they set) and googly eyed (At a certain point you just have to stop fiddling with them!), but overall I'm really pleased with how she turned out. Just got to get her companion Mecha Poirot painted now. As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.

Presenting Blunderbuss, an Urchin and part of the Dickensian faction from the game Twisted by Demented Games. Had this one sitting around half finished for a while, but I'm pleased with how she turned out. As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.

Presenting Cleo de Havilland, younger sister of Horace de Havilland (Who I haven't painted yet), part of the Egyptian faction from the game Twisted by Demented Games. Annoyingly, I didn't realise she had attached to her base a little skew-whiff until it was too late, but I'm happy with how she painted up. As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.

Presenting the Human Torpedo, the first mini in Twisted's Free Colonies (Or not-USA) faction by Demented Games. His smoke trail attached a little crooked, but overall I'm really pleased with how he turned out. As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.

Presenting the Sewer Golem (and his fishing buddy Cuttleberry) a monster from the game Twisted by Demented Games. Took a surprisingly long time to paint considering it's all washes and drybrushing, but I had fun, that's the main thing. As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.

Presenting the Shrike Urchin, this sewer wader is part of Twisteds Dickensian faction. Really struggled with this one for some reason (the fact he's very unstable didn't help), but I think he came out okay. As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.

Presenting Mecha Toto, the fifth and final member of the Oz gang from Twisted by Demented Games. Kinda wish he'd been a bit furrier as all the armour plates came out a bit bland. As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received. Bonus piccy:- They're off to see the wizard...

Presenting Little Dorothy, the fourth member and leader of the Oz gang from Twisted by Demented games. Wasn't as fun to paint as some of the others, but I think she turned out okay. As a bonus, here she is with Big Dorothy (The original version I painted a while ago):- Weirdly, they both ended up in the same colour dress despite not looking at Big Dorothy until I dug her out to take this piccy. Like an ageing 70's rock band heading out on yet another final tour, I fancied having another go at making a WIP thread. This time I have two different companies take on the Steampunk genre. Warcradles Nautilus crew from their Lost World Exodus line:- In the back row we have Violet Smee and Sardar Hardit Singh, and the front row consists of Neko Mei, Erasmus Darwin, Charlotte Anning and Rani Nimue. These minis are a lot better sculpted and cast than the last lot I got from the range. Changing hands seems to have done the game good, mini-wise at least. And Demented Games Oz Gang from their Twisted Game:- At the back we have the Scarecrow, the Tin-man and the Drunken Cowardly Lion, and in front Mecha Toto and Little Dorothy. First I've made a start on Singh:- Trying out a new paint colour, Barbarian Flesh. His skintone isn't exactly screaming Indian, but I like it. I also had a go at the Scarecrow:- So far he has a Cork Brown head, Yellow Ochre hair, Iraqi Sand teeth, Bronze and Andrea Blue eyes and I've painted the underside of his hat Medium Olive. He also has a line of very fine stitches going up the centre of his face that I'm not even going to attempt to paint.

Presenting Pascal De Lyon, he represents the Cowardly Lion in the Oz gang who are part of the Twisted game by Demented Games. Really happy with this guy, probably some of my best painting in a while. As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.

Presenting the Tin Man, another member of the Oz Gang from the game Twisted by Demented Games. While I did keep him fairly basic, I'm happy with how he turned out. Unfortunately my inability to photograph metallics properly has kinda ruined my piccys of him. As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.

Presenting Tzandi, a member of Monkey's Troupe from the game Twisted by Demented Games. Been painting this one on and off for a while, as I could only work on her teeny tiny details in small bursts (She essentially feels like a much larger scale mini that's been shrunk down). I think taking my time paid off as I'm pretty pleased with the results. This also means I've actually finished a set of something for a change (At least until Long Ma the dragon comes out):- The full Monkey's Troupe. Presenting the Scarecrow, part of Dorothy's gang in the game Twisted by Demented Games. Had a lot of fun painting this one, I did have to leave out some of the finer details though, there's little, tiny stitches all over him that I could barely see never mind paint! Presenting the Artful Dodger, part of the Dickensian faction from the game Twisted by Demented Games. Not too happy with this one, he turned out to be surprisingly difficult to paint (and even harder to photograph!), but at least he's finally done (I partially painted up his resin version a few years ago). Presenting Squirrel the Urchin, one of the many urchins present in the Dickensian faction from the game Twisted by Demented Games. Quite happy with this one, even if my ability to paint big flappy coats and capes seems to be deteriorating rapidly. As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.

Presenting Tricia Harker, a member of Monkey Kings gang (she takes Tripitaka's place, I guess they felt it was inappropriate to give a Buddhist monk a machine gun) in the game Twisted by Demented Games. Couldn't quite work out what to do with her weird boots, but the rest turned out okay. As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.

Presenting the Rotten Mummy, as the name suggests he's a Mummy that's going rotten, and he's part of the Egyptian faction for the game Twisted by Demented Games. It's a really fun to paint mini that is annoying hard to photograph, but I think I did a decent job on him. As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.

I thought people might enjoy watching me helplessly flailing about as I attempt to paint an exceptionally intricate mini. This is Tzandi:- She's one fourth of my Monkey King Gang. Made a little progress today:- Painted her skin. This started as a base of Elf Flesh, was shaded with Flesh Wash and then highlighted with Elf Flesh and 1:1 Elf Flesh/Light Flesh. She then got lips of 1:1:1 Elf Flesh/Light Flesh/Warlord Purple, and dots of Brown Wash for eyes and between her lips. I had made a little bit of a mess painting her hands, so I went back over them carefully with Flesh Wash, just to give her separate fingers again. I automatically started painting her bosom as skin before realising she's wearing a dress under her corset, so that will be painted over eventually. The next job is hair and her ridiculously tiny hair ribbons.

Presenting Pigsy, part of the Guild of Harmony faction from the game Twisted. Had a lot of fun painting this one, I was originally a bit worried by all the little details and layers of clothing but it wasn't a problem. As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.

Presenting an Android Flower-seller, part of the Servants of the Engine faction in the Twisted game universe. Had a lot of fun painting this one, although given a second chance I probably would've given her brighter flowers, and luckily you can't see the terrible bit of mold slip going on across her bonnet from this angle. Starting a new mini, called Blunderbuss, she's one of my many, many (many) Twisted Urkins I have left to paint. Made some progress today:- Painted her gas-mask, it's mostly Red Leather shaded with Brown Wash, but it's also got Iraqi Sand stitches, Bronze bits, Oily Steel bits and a 1:1 Magic Blue/Ghost Grey eye lens.

Presenting the irrepressible Monkey, his group have journeyed to the west to represent the Guild of Harmony's Far East branch in the game Twisted. Was rather intimidated by this guy at the start, the whole set are pretty big on tiny details, but he turned out to be rather straightforward to paint. I've got to stop painting things Andrea Blue until I've figured out how to layer it properly though. As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.

Presenting the Urkin Shaman, part of the Dickensian faction in the game Twisted. Being smarter than the average Urkin, he works as Nancys right hand man, relaying her orders to the others through the ancient art of hand-puppetry. He also has an ability to "Hulk out", hence the little and large versions. Had a few issues painting this pair, there's a few areas where I never really worked out what it was meant to be, and I don't really like how the scale is a bit off on the bigger Shaman, but overall I think they look okay. New to the table, I have the Shaman Urkin, both versions (in game he has the ability to 'Hulk Out'). Made a start to their skin with a basecoat of 1:1 Dwarf Skin/Dead Skin with Flesh Wash. Kind of intimidated by the task of carefully highlighting all the skin poking through the tattered clothing of big shaman, so calling it a day.
