  1. I was sent this mini as part of a preview package for The Streets of Dunkeldorf KS, so this mini isn't "out in the wild" quite yet. (Late pledges/PM closing soon!) But I've been looking forward to painting up this guy for quite some time now, and I'm super happy with finally having gotten to do so! And I'm quite content with how he turned out! I don't remember which paints I used here, but it was almost exclusively Reaper paints.
  2. A family of gong farmers(Gaerhart, Gertrud, & Gerd) from the Dunkeldorf line of minis! These were really fun to paint! 😄 (The bucket and wheelbarrow are part of the set.) Painted with AP Speedpaints for the base coat and some tinting, as well as some regular AP paints and a bunch of Reaper paints. Did some experimenting with this, doing no layering outside of the skin, but instead went hard on the edge highlighting. I think it turned out well. 😄
  3. Pig-cart not included. The villager group from bones 4. a few may have had their own threads. this is why I didn't need the villagers of Bones5 although apparently I did add the prancing peacock KS, for just a few more people you would find in a tavern .
  4. Here are the two maids I painted in August. The lovely milkmaid (bones version of 039857, from bones IV I think). I almost got her eyes right.... And the server of brocolli base fame (bones version of part of 02583) - I see I still have work to keep from mashing up my greenstuff bases, it was all nice and woodgrain at one time.... she has some fierce eyebrows on her!
  5. The Village of the Witches, via @Kickstarter https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1662635043/the-village-of-the-witches Has villagers and their witch counterpart.
  6. Freshly sealed, here come the majority of the encounters for the Monsters to overcome in "Village Attacks". First, the endless hordes of Peasants: And then the Hunters. The vampire-seeking Archers: The big bad boomies: And the Ladies:
  7. Manny & Manfred the Manticore Brothers. They've teamed up with Goreflame the Chimera for a bit of Town baiting.
  8. This is the Crew that Rapunzel uses to work her nefarious schemes, run her errands, & generally cause mayhem about Town. Rapunzel needs to hire an new Director of Personnel. Bet that as it may, here is the first part of the Gang. The second part will follow immediately after with a Group Portrait to tie it all together. The Psycho Faerie: ...off with his head!: ...seen here intimidating the Locals: ...The Villagers; ...The Guard: ...The Militia: AND The Pack Rat & Drover: ...Part II forthcoming.
  9. Just wanted to show off the first step of my townspeople conversion. I was prepping all my duplicate townspeople (I have two of all of them from Bones I) for painting. Then I started looking at them and decided it would be more fun if they were all a little more unique. I'd had what reaper calls "book" from the boneyard but really looks like a scroll (P14490B) for a while since I was actually debating converting a different miniature with it. Then staring at my undertaker I decided he could be holding a sheet of paper just as well. Not sure what will be on it yet, coffin dimensions? Burial plot? List of names of deceased? Then once I'd taken his lantern off I figured it could just as well go in the other hand of pitchfork guy. Then I was wracking my brains and saw the sweeping lady and thought, why not turn her broom into a shephard's hooked staff? A quick lop off of my spare Ezren (yes I have a lot of spares) some chopping of the base of her broom and boom, she's ready to be a shepard. Anyways, hope you folks like, I always like seeing what other folks have done so thought I would post!
