Thought I could make some improvements and do better after finishing the wench a couple of weeks ago. I did feel a lot of improvement on this one. I like this one a lot. Hope you do, too. 🙂 Please let me know! Any sort of critique is welcomed as always!

Working on something new. I don't paint many large scale minis, so thought I'd make a thread. Like all the newer Kingdom Death holiday releases, you get a large display mini and a smaller gaming mini, in this case it's range regular Aya as some sort of adventuring barmaid. I made a little start to the larger Aya:- Working on her barrel as it will involve lots of messy drybrushing. So far the barrel has had a basecoat of Parasite Brown/Ochre Yellow, the barrel stand is a base of Parasite Brown/Scarlett Red and the fancy end is Bronze. It then all got a good coat of Brown Wash.

From there I repainted it, trying to match the colors as best as I could. I then attempted to freehand the base to match the diner tile to the best of my ability and desire, she is a speed paint for a tabletop game. She was a speed paint using Wappel's shaded basecoat method. I finished most of her up in a weekend. The rest I did up tonight. I wanted her clean to contrast with the dirty zombies. Here she is:
