So while everybody else is gallivanting delightfully and happily at Reapercon, I've been working on this little lady, which seemed like she would never be finished but finally got photos of her this morning. Here she is: Armor might have come out a little blue, but overall I'm pretty satisfied with how she came out. My initial difficulty was to see if I was going to make her skin match exactly with the hair/fur, but went for something lighter, so hopefully that turned out okay. Anyhoos, hope you all enjoy, and hope Reapercon is going really groovily for everybody, hope to get there some day!

I'm trying to improve my flesh tones, and for some reason it helps me to do it with inhuman tones to get the technique down before moving to more realistic stuff. I'm not quite sure how it's going so far. If nothing else, Yephima's proving that I need to practice some blending and feathering. Still need to highlight the Wereboar. I love the muscularity of this guy, he was fun to wash!

A Wereboar in full charge mode. No wonder King Robert got the worst of his drunken encounter in the woods. This one was started via a case of "I have some exess paint on my palette", this time I had a mishap and squeezed out far to much skintone at one point. And as I can't really get the paint back into the bottle, I needed to find a use for it. Hence this. This wereboar is AFAIK as of yet unreleased for general sales by Reaper, so I do not have a SKU code for it. It came in a set with the werewolf I did not too long ago, and weregorilla(!). I based it on a 45mm 3D printed base. I hope it does not droop any more, but I fear it will as so much of the mini's mass is to the front, with only the single back leg to support it. Time will tell.

I painted all my lycanthropes first. Figured I'd share. I couldn't help myself with the wereboar, and I was thinking of making a little hat for the weregator. I gar-ron-tee.
