Presenting Mikhail XVI, part of the Jedza gang from the game Malifaux by Wyrd Games. Struggled a bit with this one, I can find the details on Malifaux minis a bit hard to pick out sometimes, but I think I did a good job on his head and sword. As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.

Got a hankering to assemble some plastic today and thought I'd make a bit of a project out of it. Pulled out my set of Rollin Blacks Wild Ones (Plus Miss Fire and Miss Ann Thrope who share their "punk" aesthetic), supposedly one of the harder Malifaux kits to assemble, hopefully I'm up to the challenge! That's a lot of bits for a few minis... I managed to completely assemble Iggy Pup. Made a decent start on Elli Ramone and her mono-wheel. The big exhausts on the engine on the far right didn't want to fit until I gave them a decent shave down, and the tiny exhausts on the middle engine are a bit wonky because I didn't realise each side was slightly different until it was too late. And built the wheels of Rollins motorbike, the back wheel is 3 pieces while the front has 5. I was getting tired eyes by this point, so I'll do a bit more tomorrow.

Presenting the Wayward Mariner, this poor soul is from one of Malifauxs Special Edition sets (I think he's part of an alternate Molly crew) by Wyrd Games. Very happy with how this one painted up, my only problem is how I've had to awkwardly wedge him in one corner of his large base to accommodate his overhanging anchor, looks weird and stupid. As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.

Presenting the Chubby Lamplighter, along with his friends Skinny Lamplighter and Lady Lamplighter (who I haven't painted yet), who are part of the Jedza set from the game Malifaux by Wyrd Games. Despite loving Malifaux figures I stopped buying them because they just look so awful when I paint them up, but after seeing this set being unboxed on Youtube I had to pick them up. Not my best work in general (I think I spent more time reattaching the incredibly fragile dangly bits on his staff than painting him), but much better than I usually manage with the Malifaux range. As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.

Misaki, Outcast for Malifaux. She was my first attempt at underpainting to create shadows. It didn't work and she was very tough to paint due to her pose. So she got abandoned on my shelf of shame a few years ago. However, now she is rescued and finished.
