  1. Inarah

    wolf pack

By Velrock on Thingiverse. I used a lighter winter color scheme for the pack. I know they look all cute and fluffy but they are really vicious hunters. I did these three as part of my July 4th holiday weekend Paint Binge. I used a combination of Secret Weapon bases and base inserts.
  2. Just throwing this out there for anyone interested (yes I did back and no, I don't know them)... I did back their last KS as well and was happy with the results. They did a great in keeping people up to date and got all of the files out quickly. The figures look "funny" in the pictures due to them using the print-ready 3D files. I think that at the smaller scales especially, they are enhanced just enough so they will keep their detail and make them easier to paint IMO. Anyway take a look if you are interested! http://kck.st/322b1bO
  3. This is Yuki Onna. One of my first 3D printed models. I kept the colourscheme simple. She's a ghost for my Nippon, Land of the Rising Moon, Project. WIP HERE: https://forum.reapermini.com/index.php?/topic/79416-nippon-land-of-the-rising-moon-by-glitterwolf/page/14/#comments She got a base from the Artisan Guild Oni set. I painted her eyes red, not sure if it's visible.
  4. Putting my new Photon through its paces printing some Heroforge sculpts. The halfling operative is actually a mash-up of two Heroforge sculpts in Tinkercad. (Why can't Heroforge let you have just a single cyberarm?) Didn't think to photograph her till I had the primer on: The first print of the gnome solarion didn't have enough supports on the arm with the fireball, so after cleaning the resulting lump out of the vat and trying again with more supports, here she is, supports and all:
  5. I have been printing minis with my new toy ( Elegoo Mars Resin Printer), this is a 3D printed Giant Snake from Artisan Guild. Part of my Lost World Project. WIP HERE: https://forum.reapermini.com/index.php?/topic/69308-lost-world-project-glitterwolf-paints-coldblooded-creatures-and-conquistadores/page/162/#comments I was inspired by the Coral Snake. Pics with and without fancy background and with Angelica Fairweather ( Rosetta Salazar in my Project) for size comparison.
  6. So I started 3D printing and one of the models was a female Vampire, I scaled her down to size since she was actually a large model. I was inspired to paint her like Elvira. Elvira: My Lady:
  7. My recent print. I got the image from Thingiverse. The file was designed by pollygrimmart. The details were a bit shallow so the face didn't turn out as I hoped it would, but for a table top mini I got for free, I am quite pleased with the final product! As usual, I really need to work on my photo skills.
  8. Because every table needs more trees, here's a set of trees from Dark Realms "Halfling Shirelands" As always, printed on the trusty Creality Ender-3.
  9. Another simple piece printed on my Ender-3, "The Smoking Hut" from Hobgoblin3D. I picked it up during the recent Humble Bundle. Definitely a prime spot to hit up for any adventurer heading back into town.
  10. Yet another dwelling to explore, here is the Northvakt Viking House from 3DLayeredScenery. Printed, as usual, on my Creality Ender 3.
  11. "A ship with a skull on the stern has to have some fierce sounding name like the Devil's Scorn!" The Devil's Scorn, a ship from EC3D: Depths of Savage Atoll Kickstarter. Printed as usual on my Creality Ender-3
  12. "We gotta climb all that way up just to go get water? The ancients were mad!" Well of Souls, part of the Place of Power series from EC3D Design. Printed, as usual, on my Creality Ender 3.
  13. My most recent finished piece of terrain is a Viking Brewery, a promotional item from Lovecraft Designs and printed on an Ender-3.
  14. "Get ye Oiles of Snake within!" 3D printed Potion Shop by DNk85 on Thingiverse.
  15. Here's my next finished buildings from EC3D's Kickstarter Project "Empire of Scorching Sands", the Desert Outpost and Merchant House.
  16. One of the larger of my completed themes during quarantine, here are the Dragonscar Ruins, a set from the Kickstarter The Lost Dragons organized by 3D Printed Tabletop. All items were printed on an Ender-3.
  17. Recently completed: The Shipwreck 3D printed from the Kickstarter set Depths of Savage Atoll, by EC3D Designs.
  18. Two simple dwellings, 3D prints from Empire of Scorching Sands, a Kickstarter by EC3D Designs.
  19. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/deadlyprintstudio/battlefx-fantasy-3d-printable-spells-magic-props-and-more?ref=user_menu After the success of our first Kickstarter, we are now opening phase 2, which focuses on fantasy games. This time, we bring a fun and fresh way to level up any dungeon as well as table top miniatures. We have designed more than 60 magical effects, traps, tokens and condition rings to customize your work of art. Every player is different, and now, providing an army, hero, or dungeon with a unique look is possible. Creativity is limitless! This new market is allowing us to create and offer highly detailed effects for people to print right after they purchase one of our packs. And we are eager to see what people do with them. We are confident that any hobby enthusiast will find many uses for these effects, just like we did. We’d like to thank you all for taking a little time to see what we have created and sharing your thoughts. A new series of 3D printable effects for your Wargame Miniatures and Dungeon sets! Highlights: Marvelous designs and outstanding special effects quality Beautiful sculpting based on actual dynamic simulations. Ideal for wargames such as D&D, Warhammer, Pathfinder, LOTR or any kind of diorama. Unbelievable price relative to the quality. A limited collection for limitless printing. ***Included in the Arcane Edition Bundle*** Visual representation is our main goal on this Kickstarter. Spells like "Create food and water" can now be 3D printed and represented on your tabletop games. Fire balls, dancing lights and way more to come! King's Fest, Bull's Strenght, Celerity, Eletrified Area, Dancing Lights or Slippery Floor are some of the tokens we painted! FDM or resin, both will look amazing on your dungeon. Traps are part of the arsenal of D&D masters and dungeons. We give them a personal touch using FX and lights. Perfect to decorate and display on deadly dungeons and battlefields! We have created an easy and visual way to represent your buffs, magics ,props and equipment without modifying your miniatures. You can add buffs like Bull's strength, magic shields and more. We added 4 anchors to the bases and a lot of generic spells and buffs that work with tons of games. All of them already tested in filament and resin printers. We'll provide a wide range of different inner diameter, and more different types in the Stretch goals! Painted samples of a Spellbase with Bubble Shield, Bull's Streght and a combination of a few spells We wanted to represent debuff and condition so you can place it on your miniature easily. Not only a card/token close to the mini, which creates confusion sometimes. With that in mind, we have created a collection of rings: bleeding, confusion, sleeping and poisioned. We love minis, for that reason we have created miniatures for our campaing, to show a few examples of the use of our spells. (Human wizard included in the initial bundle) They are going to be the big stretch goal of our campaign! If you like our designs, stay tunned to our social media! Our elder wizard and two of our Stretch goals Characters! It's hard to decide which effect or prop we want for your wizard!. So we have designed a wide variety of props and spells ready to be used on your collection of minis and BattleFx Fantasy minis. Hobbypalooza studio made an amazing paintjob with our Wizard! We've prepared them to be easy to magnetize. It's the best way to visualize how your characters evolve or change their equipment. We have designed our miniature hands, spells and props with 2x1 mm magnets holes. Most of our FX are perfect for tons of games, not only dungeon crawlers. The collection we present is more focused on wargames. Painted samples. Fire Arrow (FDM - Ender 3), Fire Ball (FDM - Ender 3) and Gunpowder Weapon FX (Resin - Elegoo Mars) Firewalls, perfect for the deadliest wizard or to populate your battlefield. Dangerous terrain with vines or spider webs! We did a collection of magic walls, with 1 and 2 tile size. All 3D printed in FDM and painted by us! A bit of color make them pup! Wizard with hat, Fire Ring, Square 20 and 25mm Spellbase Permanent Storm Spell ( two parts) and Big Tornado Spell Key Spellbase, Frozen Ring , Fire Arrow Model 2 Doctor Strange's Shield ( two types) and Doctor Strange's Hands Saw Trap and Spellbase Scroll The Project is organized into 7 sets grouped from smaller sets to bigger sets. All of them have the Arcane edition bundle included. Limited set are marked as such, with special rewards (CustomFx) that you can check below. "Bullet shells and spells" pledge, include our first kickstarter (BattleFx), with all the stretch goals and custom FX, you can check the content here. We want to thank the community allowing them to create their own effects. People tell us what they have in mind and we make it real. That simple. Everybody has imagined a personal customization for its mini, dungeon or tabletop game. We would like to offer them the opportunity to create that dream or specific effect for a lower price than on request. These effects are divided into three categories: S, M and L. (small, medium and large, but not only means size, also complexity). "S" Size Samples "M" Size Samples "L" Size Samples The S category includes small effects of little complexity. The M category includes either a small and complex effect or a medium one of little complexity. And the L category includes large simple effects or small and medium effects of high complexity. Our effects are generic but totally adaptable. Still, if people have an idea, they can carry it out, we will design it for them. All Custom will be realeased for EVERYONE! So, If you think the 3D printing community need that idea, here is the perfect ocasion! We learned a lot of our previous Kickstarter, so now we have a more solid website and a bigger team. We want everything to be delivered perfectly. Check all the stages below: Please note that while we’ll do our best to meet these dates, they are an estimation. Read the Risks and Challenges section below for more information about this matter.
  20. Behold, Sharn the half-orc. She's all STR and CON. She hits hard and can take a hit, but don't call her burly or she's liable to knock you out. She's only half an orc and her human half believes she's a pretty flower. I built this mini using Heroforge's software then printed it at home on my 3D printer, then of course, I painted it. Not bad for a first print.
  21. Only 3 hours left, but... https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/730230926/printdry-filament-dryer-20 Story Hi Kickstarter, it’s PrintDry. In 2016, we did our first Kickstarter campaign and found that many people were interested in improving the quality of their 3D prints. 310 backers with CA$41,747 helped us bring our project to life. Since then the PrintDry products have found over 20,000 users in over 50 countries. We are really grateful to all our backers. In the past 3 years, our research and development efforts haven't stopped and we always want to offer the best solution to the 3D printing community. After launching the filament storage container and a vacuum version . We have revisited the original dryer design and updated it into the PrintDry Filament Dryer 2.0. As many of us know from experience, a lot can go wrong with 3D printing. One of the most important factors is moisture buildup in the filament, which is a simple but often hard to identify issue that continues to plague many printing jobs. If a quality print is desired, you can’t ignore it. Now, we would like to introduce our new product called the PrintDry Filament Dryer 2.0 which has many new features, such as large spool compatibility, a built-in timer, a digital display, and a modular design. The PrintDry Filament Dryer 2.0 is the only dryer that can dry and feed large (2-5kg) filament spools with a 300mm (12”) outside diameter (OD) . It’s the ultimate filament dryer you need for quality 3D printing! Digital Display Play Easily adjust the temperature with 5 presets (35ºC, 45ºC, 55ºC, 65ºC, and 75ºC). Built-in timer with a maximum time of 48 hours. Vertical Mounting Spool Adapter included 2 metal shafts 4 big spool adapters 4 small spool adapters Accessories Comparison Shipping Contents one dryer+ one vacuum container+ one pump One dryer includes: 2 metal shafts; 4 big spool adapters; 4 small spool adapters Reward Tiers Timeline International backer The PrintDry filament dryer 2.0 will be shipped worldwide! However, please be aware that for some countries VAT/duties may incur upon receipt of your unit. These fees are the responsibility of each international backer.
  22. One of my first finished works of 2020, the massive Ulvheim Bridgehouse, a 3D print from a design by Code2 and available on Thingiverse. Reaper Rat-Things and Warhammer Dwarfs for scale.
  23. I would love to run an campaign where a holy paladin hates demonkin due to his biases as a defender of the righteous and then, thru the course of the campaign he falls in love with a demonkin lady. Torn between his moral code and his heart the paladin must choose between duty and love. That was the inspiration for this mini which I designed on Heroforge. Sorry the picture is so overexposed, I am struggling to work with my new camera phone.
  24. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/674003445/chibi-siblings-of-conflict-miniatures?ref=friends_launched About The siblings of conflict are here! Attack! this interstellar army of hardboiled girls are ready to conquer your tabletop! Assemble unique squads with powerful weapons, led by brave leaders. They're cute, they're rowdy, they are the siblings of conflict! STRETCH GOALS We're planning amazing, unique hero characters, and more! Surprises await! New Stretch Goals will appear as the campaign advances! Chibi miniatures! Chibis are adorable characters that have lately have made a splash in the boardgaming and miniature community with games such as Super Dungeon Explore, Arcadia Quest, Ninja All-Stars and many others. They're also featured in collectible figurines and in other geeky paraphernalia. This is the NINTH Chibi KickStarter run by Impact! Miniatures and Impact! is partnering with Märchen to bring you some incredible, new Siblings of Conflict chibi miniatures along with sci-fi allies & enemies for them to combat! The funding goal will pay for the sculpting & 3-D printing of the miniatures. The Miniatures ALL miniatures in this KickStarter are provided unpainted. Unless otherwise stated after the name of the miniature, all miniatures offered with this KickStarter will be high quality 3-D prints done on a top end 25 to 50 micron printer (you should not see print lines after priming and paint). As stretch goals are reached we will unlock additional sculpts. The miniatures will require light clean up, being primed before painted and might need some assembly (although we will do our best to keep the figures with as few pieces as possible). You can use your reward dollars to get any of the miniatures in the listing above. Miniature Quality While many of the miniatures in this KickStarter will be 3-D printed, the quality will be a very high level since they are 25 to 50 micron 3-D SLA prints which are very different than ABS prints. Below is an extreme close -up example of a printed figure and how it shows no print lines when primed and painted (with no other prep work). Many thanks to Yeji Kim for her painting of Vanguard Leader Anna (top row) and Jason Turner for the painting of Vanguard Leader Anna and Vanguard Trooper #3 (bottom row)! Shipping Shipping will be charged in the pledge manager after the project. At this time we are estimating $5 for US backers, $13 for Canada and $17 for Rest of World. Shipping of the KickStarter will be EU Friendly and should not incur any customs fees.
  25. A friend with a 3D printer made this for me. I spent about an hour painting it, and it's now an NPC in my Eberron campaign. Painting was odd because it's not a very clean print, there are lots of little fibers and print lines on it which obscure detail. I painted very quickly with a lot of wet in wet blending. I'm quite happy with the result given the amount of time it took and the nice-at-arm's-length blending. My friend is continuing to work with the printer, so eventually he's going to print this up again at a higher quality. The design is on Thingiverse if you like it.
