Presenting Octoberfest Aya, a pair of seasonal themed minis from Kingdom Death. Like all their recent holiday releases you get a large scale pin-up version, and a smaller, not quite so scantily dressed, gaming one. There's a few issues (painting beer is hard!) and they're both a bit rougher looking in hand, but I'm really happy with them, particularly Big Aya as I don't paint many large scale minis. As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.

Some low hanging fruit. Two were "primed" with brown liner and painted dark to light, two were not and painted using glaze technique. An easy way to get a different look with the same paints.

First tank I've ever painted. Sort of happy with how it turned out. The wings/skull symbols are made from clay.:

Here is some dungeon filler I have collected. I can't remember who I got the non reaper stuff from or I would tag them. The traps/stairs are paper terrain on foam. Of course the main attraction are the lovely Reaper pieces.

OK, I haven't been posting a lot of miniatures lately. Mostly because I haven't been finishing much. But I also haven't had access to the camera I was using and my cell phone camera stopped working. So I broke out my camera I tried to get working before and could never take decent photo's. So here I go trying to get it to work again. Here are some barrels a painted in between working on other projects. One is the small barrel from bones 2. The next is a barrel I got from somewhere sometime ago. The last is a hirst arts barrel from one of the molds. All Painted with the same colors. And here is a Hirst Arts chest from the same mold.
