So Loim sent me an Evil Tree. This is good. I like evil trees; have ever since "The Wizard Of Oz" and "H.R. Pufnstuf" turned my childhood into a surreal candy-colored hell of photovores that wanted to eat me. Anyway, Loim did me a solid recently, and included an experiment on his part -- an evil tree he'd sculpted from greenstuff as an experiment. A learning experience. Having apparently learned what he wished to learn, he sent it to me. I'm not proud. I took it and ran with it. I'm not sure where my head is at, lately; since taking a break from the Great Swordsmen project, I've been doing some goofy stuff. I needed a side project, and Werewolvian's Orc Bartender idea* inspired me to try something similar. The surprising success (on my part, not Werewolvian's) led me to get a little ambitious with some Space Marine parts... and to prime Loim's tree in preparation for painting and possible foliageification... Input welcome, since I'm not quite sure where I'm going with any of these... (Loim's Evil Tree: Greenstuff, sculpted by Loim.
