  1. This thread (http://forum.reapermini.com/index.php?/topic/67124-riding-halfling-paladin/&tab=comments#comment-1315902) inspired me to make mounted and dismounted versions of a halfling Paladin I played last Christmas for a one day game sacking Ravenloft. The Halfling was named Maurice Chevalier, and his faithful St. Bernard mount was named Hambone. The mounted halfling is not glued to the dog, so he can be removed and the dismounted version can be fighting alongside his companion.

    03071 Hellakin Goregutter

So I haven't painted too many Reapers in recent years and the two I've painted have recently for other people (did a Bones Mummy for my wife a few weeks back). I finished painting Hellakin Goregutter for a friend who's going to use him for a campaign he's playing in. Fun miniature to paint! At first I was worried about the extended arm that came separately, but glued it into the shoulder and filled in a little bit of space with Green Putty, and life was good. Anyways, here is how he turned out. He's a little shiny because I put more sealant than usual, three coats, because he's actually going to be seeing some game time. And as per usual, struggled a tad with the metal, but when have I note struggled with it?
