  1. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/263291121/titancraft-customizable-boss-monsters?ref=recommendation-projectpage-footer-4 NOTE: You can choose one demo monster ( skull or abberattion) I chose a batwinged skull and added horns to try it.
  2. Two simple dwellings, 3D prints from Empire of Scorching Sands, a Kickstarter by EC3D Designs.
  3. I've backed all 4 Kickstarters, and in order to move on actually painting them I did a mass wash / prime. I've intermixed the bones by type (Monsters, Heroes, set dressing), and have a couple random pieces that got separated. Can anyone tell me what these parts belong to? TIA
  4. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/dogmight/kickstarter-exclusive-fire-dragon-valhalla-screen "You take your game seriously. Now it's time for a serious screen. In October of 2018, Dog Might released the first fully sculpted GM Screen, the Valhalla Screen. Since then, we have released over 30 more designs, including officially licensed screens for: Pathfinder, Call of Cthulhu, and Vampire: The Masquerade. We have also designed screens for you favorite shows, such as Relics and Rarities and the Critical Role stream of Undeadwood. Over the last year and a half, our Valhalla Screens have proven to be our most sought after product. " ... Would it surprise anybody here to know I want one? If I can't have one, at least I can spread the word. ;p
  5. So I just got a metric ton o' plastic. Tanks, CAVs, tons of scenery! So DAMN excited. But... There's a lot. Any of y'all with game experience want to enlighten me on what would be a fun few models to start with, so I could get a game going soon-ish? Like, would you build all four of a CAV (just in case you didn't back this one: you get four of each model in your order) or four different CAVs? When would you ever field four at a time? I'll probably build all four vehicles of each type because they'll build fast and look really cool. The CAVs will take more time to paint, so any advice on which ones I should build first to get a fun, casual game on would be most appreciated!
  6. Imagine my surprise when on of my failed KS projects got this update, and I got a link to download the pdf! Here is an update from Andrew Shields. I want you to have this game. I acquired the rights to the Axes and Anvils game from Mike Nystul without taking on his obligations from this Kickstarter. What can you expect? The chart shows how I plan to give you this fantastic game as thanks for your enthusiasm, even if it was over seven years ago. I do not have the resources to send out print copies (much less patches, miniatures, stones, and other extras.) I did not have funds from this Kickstarter or from him for development, and in the end I did not have a publisher (though we've been through two over the years.) I cannot give you what this Kickstarter promised, but I will try to make things right as best I can. I am approximating here, rather than inviting specific corrections or cross-walks between add-on rewards and my future plans. If you want to discuss the gifts I am offering, I'm available to do so, but if you want to talk about what the Kickstarter owes you, that is beyond my scope. How will you get your digital gifts? I will use your emails as recorded in Kickstarter to send complimentary copies through DriveThruRPG's system so you can add them to your libraries there. If you do not get an email and think you were supposed to, contact me. [[email protected]] I get a confirmation email from DriveThruRPG with codes for each email address, and I can give you your codes. (Give it a day or so, I'll be sending the emails right after I post this.) How does the "Shields Up! Axes and Anvils" compare to the "Castle Nystul Axes and Anvils"? My version of the game is not exactly the same as what Mike Nystul would have made. However, I used the pitch on the Kickstarter as my guiding inspiration as I developed the game. The creative contributions of the faction-level backers are included in the finished result, credited in the book. I plan to continue development of Axes and Anvils resources that will include some greater detail from the contributions they have already made. I used a professional graphic designer, art by David Okum (who designed the seals for the dwarven overclans and other factions in consultation with the high-level backers), other purchased art (by Marcin and a map by Vandel), and my own art (for the GM book). I do not have the art by Jeff Laubenstein, as he did not grant me permission to use it. Where can I find out more? You can find the Axes and Anvils game products on DriveThruRPG.com {sales link removed] . You can find links to the products and descriptions on the Axes and Anvils blog here. The quickstart has an introductory adventure, and it is "pay what you want" so you can access it for free. I do not anticipate making a hardback copy of the rules at this time. "Under the Mountain" is the GM book that is attached to the main rulebook as a second half, and it is nearly ready to share (in the final round of adjustments with the graphic designer; it's laid out already). The Clan Book is built out and is with the graphic designer now. As digital files are ready, I will share them as reflected in this chart. What Delays Remain? The print version of the rulebook and the quickstart have proofs in the mail to me now. The rulebook was out, but I changed the link when I bought a domain for the official website, so the print version is offline until I get the new print. The quickstart proof is also in the mail to me. As the work neared completion I was attempting to get everything together and finished to triumphantly release all at once, but the process of delays and revisions can be disruptive. The GM book and the clan book are going through the final stages, print will be available for everything but the character packs, and the suite of Axes and Anvils game rules and supplements will be available. How can people support Shields Up! Publishing and Axes and Anvils? If you want to express your support financially, I invite you to buy any of the print products to go along with your digital copies. Also, you can go to the quickstart (which is "pay what you want") and contribute in that way. What comes next? I currently have plans for a number of Axes and Anvils resources, including a book on adventuring in Stoneshadow (the default setting). Updates will be shared on the Axes and Anvils blog. I will also be writing fiction for Axes and Anvils, integrating stories into my Patreon offerings. Axes and Anvils is poised to grow. The format is designed to encourage casual gamers and open tables, and the creative options reward experienced players too. People can try out the quickstart for free. The game's basic rules are inexpensive, and for all the products, if you buy the paper copy you get the .pdf for free. Thank you. Thank you for your faith in a game that places more emphasis on "we" than "me." In the coming year I will be running an open table online, and I will invite you to come and try the game out if you have interest and availability. Now you will have what you need to make your own legends in the world of Axes and Anvils. So many thanks to Andrew Shields who took this on after the original project creator failed, may it be successful for him

(bigger pics on my blog : click the pic to go there) (click on the pic to view more) (click on the pic to view more) (click on the pic to view more) And some treasure/objective tokens with Bones bits and various other stuff (Alkemy, Oathsworn Miniatures, GW, and even Ex-Illis) :
  8. Sophie at the Well of Lost Memories was my RC 2019 entry. I posed her on a sculpted base, reading through a stack of old diaries and journals written by those who have gone before us. She earned a bronze award.
  9. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/tiltfive/holographic-tabletop-gaming I have me a bit of a dubious, largely because I'm not certain these will, in fact, work for anybody. But. Still.. the concept is pretty damn cool. "Tilt Five is a whole new way to play games, in Augmented Reality (AR), with freaking holograms! When you slip on the Tilt Five glasses and look at the game board, a vibrant 3D world opens up to you. Suddenly chasms seem to drop infinitely into your table, and game characters and monsters spring up from the game board. This is gaming unlike anything you've experienced before. "When we started designing the Tilt Five system our focus wasn't on the technology for technology's sake. We wanted to provide an amazing gaming experience that blends the things you love about video games and board games. And we wanted it to be just as fun when playing solo, together with your friends, or even when you're apart." Jeri Ellsworth, Co-Founder & CEO " Be interesting to see if this lives up to itself.
  10. A little more than 48 hours left for this one, I think it looks really cool. http://kck.st/2z0HjUk Kamigakari: God Hunters is a tabletop role-playing game set in modern-day Japan that combines centuries of Japanese mythology with a modern-day setting and urban fantasy action. You play as a God Hunter, a being wielding supernatural strength, magical abilities, and reality-warping spiritual powers. Your mission is to protect an unsuspecting populace from evil beings known as Aramitama, and to prevent the supernatural from leaking into the public eye. Originally, the game was released in Japan by Arclight Games on November 2013 as Legendary Arms RPG Kamigakari, to great popularity. In January 2017, a text-only fan translation appeared on the internet, exposing Kamigakari to the attention of English-speaking RPG fans world wide, and creating a thriving fanbase that continues to grow to this day! Serpent Sea Games is a team of experienced RPG translation and development professionals, including the creator of the fan translation, who have licensed Kamigakari from the creators at Arclight Games for publication in English and want to bring the game officially to Western audiences. But we need your help to bring this book into existence! The Game The world of Kamigakari features a distinctly seinen action anime and style to it. With crazy abilities and flashy powers, it's an over-the-top world where you can battle kaijus, giant robots, gods and demons all under the same umbrella. The system is designed to keep interactions as simple and intuitive as possible, for an easy pick-up-and-play. Kamigakari splits its play up into "scenes", which are short, episodic and will often split the focus onto individual players. It's a different experience compared to western systems that often assume the party is always together, which allows for more varied and engaging character focus and development. So what is a God Hunter? A God Hunter is a person who, through one means or another, has gained supernatural powers by possessing a shard of a legendary weapon, relic, suit of armor, or maybe even the crystallized soul of a legendary hero. These powers can be anything from a master of the sword or magic, transforming hero, a living avatar of flame, or the ultimate hacker. Instead of a familiar class-based system, Kamigakari uses its own character generation called Styles, which lets you mix and match your power sets to create a gun-slinging samurai, a chainsaw-wielding magical girl, a hacker who codes his magic into existence, or a hunter who stalks his victims through the shadows. And it's not just limited to your class: weapons and gear are utilized under the Arms system, a mechanic where a base weapon is upgraded over time by using materials or spending gold. Two basic swords, in the hands of two different god hunters, can end up very different weapons after extensive modification! An average God Hunter on a normal day. Does being a God Hunter mean that you hunt gods? Of course it does! With concepts rooted in Shintoism and traditional Japanese folklore, a God Hunter is tasked with tracking down dangerous beings known as Aramitama - a dark god that is born and grows in power by devouring the souls of its victims. Aramitama come in many forms - from recognizable Japanese icons like oni and tengu, mythical beings like the Pegasus or Griffin, to eldritch monstrosities made of gnashing teeth and glowing orbs. Upon defeating an Aramitama, God Hunters can use their remains to create stronger Regalia - magical weapons and equipment, in order to face even even more powerful Aramitama. It's not just a fun gameplay loop, either: These creatures threaten the sanctity of innocents and the world in their lust to reach their ultimate form, the Avatar of Ruin, a true god of destruction capable of ending the world. It's up to the God Hunters to prevent that! An Aramitama awakens. Kamigakari utilizes the unique Numen Dice pool. Numen Dice are resource wherein you roll a set of dice and use it to pay for abilities or change the outcome of a roll. There's many ways change, swap and spend dice. Players must be careful how they manage their Numen Pool to both survive the battle and save the perfect set of Numen Dice to activate their ultimate abilities! We'd like to support this game far into the future, and plan on translating and releasing supplements if financially viable. Arclight Games has also requested the creation of original content exclusive to the western release, but that can probably wait until we have a few expansion books finished, we're only mentioning it now in the interests of full transparency.
  11. Per Izzy, If you picked up either of the Art Books in the Bones III and IV kick-starters and would like to get them autographed, be sure to bring them with you to ReaperCon. Izzy will be signing them when time allows.
  12. A news post on the Eclipse Phase site just announced a Kickstarter campaign for a second edition of the main rules. No exact date yet, but they're planning to release in October, so very soon. I will be backing this one.
  13. This thread is shamelessly ripping off a wonderful idea from our goblin friend @buglips*the*goblin from this thread way back around Bones KS1 days. The intent of this thread is to have lots of people post WIP shots of their Bones Sophie paint jobs. Here are the minis to pick from (SKUs to be updated here soon): From Left to Right: KS2 Trollslayer Sophie 77370, KS3 Sophie the Sage 77491, KS4 Innkeeper Sophie, KS4 Small World Sophie, Sir Forscale (Note that Sir Forscale is just that, for scale. He is not part of this for WIP purposes.) There is no time limit or set starting date. If you come across this thread long after I have posted it and want to join, feel free. Quick ground rules: 1. Only Bones Sophie is allowed. There are four of them (unless I somehow missed one). 2. Try to limit yourself to a few posts a day, though. No reason to flood this thread too much. (Unless this doesn't pick up interest and it is just me, lol). 3. Watch the side conversations. Ideally this is primarily WIP pics and some direct conversation to help encourage or guide the painters. 4. If this picks up lots of interest, we will use one Show Off thread as to not overwhelm that thread too badly. 5. Play nice. This is meant to encourage people to paint. I am hoping we get painters of all levels of ability. Encourage people to join in. The more the merrier. Feel free to PM me with questions or concerns. I will try to update this thread with any clarifications or whatnot. Alright, now let's get this party started!
  14. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/eternalverse/eternalverse-heroines-miniature-collection/description Eternalverse Heroines Miniature Collection 28mm resin miniatures featuring powerful designs for girls in fantasy tabletop games, .STL available too! No boob armor, we promise. About We wanted to make a collection of miniature heroines that you would be proud to give to your daughters. We strugle to find variety in this field and we want to make a difference offering wonderful designs with non sexualized poses and clothes and, of course, defeat the boob armour for good, let's keep it practical. The nerd future deserves awesome heroines and we are gonna do it right. Our miniature Heroines are perfect for a lot of tabletop games like Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder, Warhammer, etc. Also they're lovely for the painting enthusiasts with a medium level of difficulty. The miniatures will be available assembled and unpainted and in .stl, ready to be printed. They're in 28mm scale and come with circle bases. Moulds and production are going to be done by a factory of miniature proffesionals who make high detailed works like anime figures and wargames miniatures (and that they do the production on a very well know brand of figures who casually have a cool range of women soldiers!). Back view! SHIPPING INFO Shipping prices are already stated, we consulted our mail system and included them to the rewards. The shipping is going to be certificated and you will have your tracking number. First prototipe, 3D printed with CR Ender 3 (not the final quality) Painting test on the prototipe! ABOUT THE .STLs The digital reward is a great and cheap option for the makers! This miniatures are perfect for sla and pla printing. We will attach a little guide on how to print with better quality of detail. .Stl of the bases are inclued! ABOUT THE PACKAGING As a basic packaging for the four miniatures we think of a cardboard and plastic blister but if we have enough funds we would love to give our Heroines a custom cardboard box! As a stretch goal we have something you all will enjoy, if we reach 10 000 € we will add to all the pledges without extra cost the Heroines Digital Art Booklet as a big thank you. This pdf booklet will feature original concept sketches, illustrations and 3D renderings by three different artist. We didn't want to add a lot of stretch goals because we want to give all our attention and care to our four heroines. We already seen that some of the bigger miniature projects here on Kickstarter resulted in big disasters because the creators were too ambitious with huge amounts of unfinished add ons and stretch goals. Original idea, 2D development : Clementina Barcia, Carlos Rodas 3D sculptors: CastnPlay WHO WE ARE We are two goblins based on Galicia, Spain who like to think ideas and products for tabletop games. We are know for our Random Character Generator dice set and for our 3D printable terrain Easyhex inspired by low poly games. We like to do it well and kick! BUDGET FOR THIS CAMPAIGN This is how we are going to spend the funds, any extra money we will use it for getting better things for our backers and keep our indie business going. 16. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/adammeyers/ultimate-spheres-of-power-the-complete-system-path/comments About This project combines and updates the 5-Star, seal-of-approval Spheres of Power magic system into a single 400+ page volume! Spheres of Power was a new magic system released in 2014 and made for Pathfinder and other D20 systems. With its incredible flexibility and easy-to-use talent-based magic system, Spheres of Power quickly became a top-reviewed magic system and our top-selling product, and thanks to the generosity of patreon has been greatly expanded with the publication of over 20 handbooks of new and expanded content. Now it's time to take all the lessons we learned, all the adjustments that have been made, and create the final, authoritative version of Spheres of Power, combining everything the system has become into a single, ultimate edition! Ultimate Spheres of Power combines content from over 20 handbooks, including Spheres of Power, Expanded Options, Items of Power, The Temestarian's Handbook, The Telekinetic's Handbook, The Geomancer's Handbook, The Enhancer's Handbook, The Diviner's Handbook, The Abjurer's Handbook, The Auspician's Handbook, The Battlemage's Handbook, The Chronomancer's Handbook, The Conjurer's Handbook, The Creator's Handbook, The Destroyer's Handbook, The Illuminator's Handbook, The Mentalist's Handbook, The Necromancer's Handbook, The Nyctomancer's Handbook, The Shapeshifter's Handbook, The Trickster's Handbook, The Vivomancer's Handbook, and more into an updated, streamlined, and multi-faceted volume of amazing magic! Spheres of Power is an alternate magic system that completely breaks away from the old, vancian system of magic-use and instead presents players and GMs with the tools they need to forge magic and magic-users into whatever image they desire. Instead of being forced to adapt a concept to the system's spell lists and classes, Spheres of Power uses a tradition system for customizing the how's and why's of magic, as well as a talent-based system for building a caster's magic abilities. With Spheres of Power, you gain the freedom to break from the traditional molds of fantasy D20 and create virtually any form of world, setting, or caster, including from the Cosmere to Final Fantasy to RWBY and beyond. For more information, check out our video above, as well as noted reviewer Endzeitgeist's take on the original book! Every backer will also be listed in the book as a supporter who helped make this book a reality! Stretch Goals are special bonuses that are unlocked as the project gains more funding. This could include the funding of additional product lines to be made available as add-ons, additional content for the book, new artwork, and more. Both the distribution of PDFs as well as the printing of the hard and softcover books will be done through DrivethruRPG's Print-on-Demand service. Not only does this allow us to do a limited print run, but also allows us to handle fulfillment outside North America with general ease.
  17. Monstro, via @Kickstarter https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/minibossstudios/monstro Don't know anything about this. I see a lot of renders at the moment. But cute chibi monsters. ^.^
  18. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/165626423/terror-below?ref=90d7aq&fbclid=IwAR2xtVQC9lIGiYyEd2gOSwlxkcNUOWplBWCbWYtmcEOC3h_e9HjEgoz8aZU Terror Below is a game of government experiments gone wild in the Nevada desert. The game has a retro look and is very reminiscent of the movie Tremors.
  19. The dread beating of wings brings a chill wind to the land. A 3D print, this design is "The Father of Frost" from The Lost Dragons, a Kickstarter project.
  20. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1327314385/barbaric-splendor-kickstarter-two-ophidian-menace/description Just saw this. Warning for snake woman nudity. About Barbaric Splendor Kickstarter Two: Ophidian Menace offers serpentman warriors for your wargame, skirmish game, RPG, or simply to paint and collect. These miniatures are not new - they are already sculpted and molds are already made. They were sculpted by Nicolas Genovese of Blood Moon Miniatures, who has made a special offer to Barbaric Splendor Miniatures. This Kickstarter will, if successful, fund this purchase and casting of the required amount of miniatures. I am offering the miniatures at a reduced price from their planned retail price to help facilitate this process. This will be a short Kickstarter, with the only goal to add these miniatures to the Barbaric Splendor line. If need be, I do have a stretch goal planned, but do not wish to make this a complicated project so it will not grow beyond that. These will be the start of an extensive line of serpentmen - both the serpentmen, who have human bodies and legs with snake heads (much like those in the fiction of Robert E Howard) and the primeval serpentmen who have snake bodies and human torsos with snake heads.
  21. My latest project is my recently arrived Stonehaven Adventurers 2018. There's a nice amount of variety in this set, though I do miss the themes of their old projects. The more traditional adventurers first: The Human Ranger. Stonehaven Humans have really grown on me. The Hireling. I can see him being useful for all sorts of D&D games, or as a Mule for Frostgrave. The Half-Elf Cleric. I liked her pet. My surprise favorite of the Kickstarter, the Half-Elf Witch. Another caster in a very evocative pose, the Human Elemantalist. Another female miniature in a unique pose, the Human Thief. Last of the more "traditional" heroes, she's labelled "Human Sorceress" but is clearly a Lich in disguise. I figured the Owlfolk could use their own flock. They'll be seeing use as Aarakocra, I'm sure. The Child Owlkin Engineer. Looks like a Bubo. The Pygmy Rogue. The Owlkin Fighter. The wise old owl, possibly named Virgil.
  22. Here are 2 of the pin-up babes from Wargamer LLC's kickstarter Hot & Dangerous. First up Lagertha the Shieldmaiden. I love how her cloak turned out. Not so happy with the face, it look pretty terrible in the photos, its not so bad in hand. I need to get better at thinning my paints I think. Rosie the Bowman (the official name). I did not like the concept art at all, but the finished sculpt turned out great. I love how she has a lot of spunk.
