  1. After a middling effort with Dain Deepaxe, I was pretty pleased with how this guy turned out. I tried a couple new techniques that I haven't done before: I wanted to make his eyes appear like they were glowing, I wanted to get a smooth gradation on the cape, and I wanted to try some TMM-type shading on the axe blade. I think I did okay on the eyes, but not so well on the other two. First of all, I haven't found a good tutorial for TMM anywhere, so if anyone knows a good one, please do point me in the right direction.   2. Just finished this up. Army Painter matte black primer with a Necron Compound dry brush for the armor. Nulin Oil wash. The other paints are Reaper HD with Citadel washes. Comments and Critiques are always welcome.
  3. Norgol was a quick paint for me, just to kick back a relax with. He might make an appearance as a villain at some point once I'm DMing again. At some point I might go back and paint his belt buckle up too.
  4. Here are five Bones I painted up to represent the PC's in my Pathfinder game (we're playing the Kingmaker campaign). With these I basically tried to shoot for the best tabletop standard I could muster; I did want them to look good as they are the protagonists of a game we might be playing for some time. However, I also wanted to get them done before the campaign was over (I'm slow), and I knew that my players would soon be handling them at the gaming table with their coffee-stained, pizza-greased little paws (hi guys!).
