Hi Folks! I wanted to share some pics before I send off my painted mini for the Secret Sophie Holiday 2016 exchange. I used 100% Reaper paints and the colors I used are listed below. Hiyo! I started working on the second painted mini for the upcoming 2016 Secret Sophie exchange, Arthrand Nightblade from the Warlord series. He'll hopefully make a great ranger character for my mystery partner! While there are many great painted examples of him already, I wanted to paint him in something other than greens and browns. I chose a blue and cream color scheme for my main colors– the rest will be neutral browns. I'll paint lighter, worn leather (or maybe linen?) wraps around his quiver and darker browns for his boots and bow. I still haven't decided on his hair color though... Yet again, I am never happy with my photography. I don't know why but I no longer seem able to get decent pictures. Not sure if it's the camera, or the operator. As always, have a look, please give feedback, and especially any tips to help me get better. Still here they are. Starting with the grave digger. Cash made this look so easy. Me....I made this look so...something. Next we have Arthrand Nightblade. Elven ranger. I am really happy with this guys paint job, again, not so much with the picture. And with Arthrand, a nice elven hunting cat. Not my best work, but tabletop ready to be certain. And last but certainly not least, especially where size matters, the Bones Minotaur.

Well, I've decided to start another miniature. Arthrand Nightblade, Elf Ranger Thought this would be a fun challenge to paint.

My brother's character in the game I'm DMing. He's an elf cleric with the Travel domain who spends a lot of time flying. I built the corner of a Viking-inspired rooftop to evoke height.
