I had ordered a bunch of the Christmas figures last week, and they arrived exceptionally fast. Which was awesome! However, the Christmas Knight model had a HUGE piece of flash on his left shoulder. Normally I'd just cut it off and go about painting. But it was the size of his shield, and attached firmly to his shoulder and left side of his face. So I sent a message to the customer service guys with a photo of the figure, and in less than 24hrs, they responded that a new one would be sent out in a couple of days. Kudos folks! You all are still the best in the business! You're customer service is top notch. Love Reaper Minis, and will be looking forward to painting up these great Christmas figures. I went to PAX East, and there was a Reaper booth there. They were giving out coupons that if you spent $25 online, you got free shipping and an exclusive figure. I placed an order, used the coupon, got the free shipping, but did not get the figure. I did not see the figure on the confirmation email, so I immediately emailed them and asked about it. I did not receive a reply. Then my package got here, and the figure was not there. I emailed them again; still no reply. I let two business days pass and decided to call them. They told me they would have to call me back. I waited another day, no call back. I called again, got no answer and left a message. It has been two days since with no reply. I don't want to be a problem customer, but I would like the figure. And honestly, at this point, I understand if they're out or I can't get one, but I would still like an answer or reply. Has anyone had similar issues or does anyone have any sugguestions on what I can next? Thank you for your help.
