B:GCC - Wayne Manor Expansion has a few more missions that take place in Wayne Manor or the Batcave. The "plain clothes" heroes of the set Bruce Wayne suited up in a different way. Alfred, always good to have handy. Barbara Gordon/Oracle. I prefer her as Batgirl but Oracle certainly has merit. Julia Pennyworth, Alfred's daughter. Bats! The first and third from the left are facing away from the camera. Three of the figures have a bat that is missing a wing. I wouldn't have notice
My pathfinder Sarenite paladin, Zekir, has picked up a couple of followers. The first is Aysun, an oracle. I did a little conversion and painted up 77217: Mi-Sher by Julie Guthrie to represent this daughter of the desert, diviner of the Dawnflower, and servant of the spirits of her ancestors. I cut off her left hand and scimitar and replaced them with the left hand of 77091: Nienna, Female Elf Ranger by Werner Klocke. I also eventually lopped off her other scimitar, before deciding to keep it after all and pinning it back on. The brooch in her left hand is made from a tiny washer a
So just finished this one last night, took a slight detour from the Ral Partha I've been working on for a while (or forever?). With the last Partha Elves I did from the TSR D & D series, I really got into Chris Fitzpatrick's work, who sculpts beautifully, and got some of his new Olympus figures from his company Crocodile Games. This one is the Oracle of Delphi from his last Kickstarter, where he is adding on to his Olympian Gods series. Beautiful figures, and a bit larger than what I'm used to painting. I'm not complaining though, bigger canvas is a little bit easier to work with!
This is a PC (oracle, half-elf) from a campaign we finished last November. I altered (made less "poofy") her hair and changed out the top of her staff. Not happy at all with the face but this is the Bones version and it was slightly miscast/wonky. I was quite happy with the gradient on her robes which doesn't show that well here. Table Top quality, but I do take a bit longer on PC models. Phone pics suck, sorry.
