  1. Hi i pre-ordered a Valeros Iconic fighter v1 at our local game store, i would like to ask if there is assemble required with mini beside the base assembly? Do still need to pin some parts of the mini? Tnx
  2. painted this mini with the object of really concentrating on the face. normally they get some paint a shade and I am done. went into a little more detail on this one. c and c welcomed. you may have to enlarge the pics to see the teeth and pupils. the last pic in the series came from my phone, I may scrap my camera and just use the phone from now on.
  3. Took me a little over a weeks worth of painting, I wish I could paint faster and still do a decent job. He was sitting on the table for quite some time, finally got to him. Pics are about as good as I can get, I lost a white bulb the other day and need to replace. Hope you enjoy my effort.
  4. Finished the Bones version of Pathfinder Valeros. Valeros was the model I selected to get into one of the Bones miniatures and really see how I did with the new material. I tried out everything I knew on him to see how different things would react to the Bones polymer material. My only real difficulty was that I had a hard time getting thinned paint not to pool up on parts, making it difficult to do transitions for me. Maybe with more experimentation and an adjusted technique, maybe I can get what I want out of them. Nothing innovative with the paint scheme, though I did create a base for him. He had enough details to make him challenging, and was fun to work on, but I'm calling him done. C&C welcome, I'd love to hear your comments and any thoughts about improving in general.
