This one is a good example of the variety that Wildspire offers. Where else are you gonna find a tiefling barkeep mini?

This is a great idea, and looking at the other figures in the set, they are very imaginative -
spy (in a bush)  and 3 goblins in a trenchcoat are my favs, but 
I don't like the quality of the figures.  They are very simple sculpts and lacking in detail.

Certainly a fair critique of their early stuff (which is what these townsfolk minis are from). Due to the low level of detail, I found myself having to create more visual interest primarily through highlighting. There weren't a lot of nooks and crannies to "catch" washes, etc. I'm happy to note that, with each set they release, their stuff has gotten progressively more detailed and steadily rises in quality.
