R2ED
The painting aspect is all done, but now i need some basing ideas. I was at a friend's house painting this and his wife said to do a rubble area that looks like demolition. I think that could be really fun. I need some ideas, folks! Also, what color would you make the ground since this is a comic style character.
vulture
Smashed bricks would be easy enough, maybe with a few timbers to make it look like a collapsed building. As for colors, I would let that be dictated by the colors you are using on the mini. you want something contrasting, but not bold. Based on the slices of the pie you are using already, I would go with a dark purple gray, so that the focus stays on the mini itself, not a busy base. 2
Corsair
Break a couple of popsicle sticks and use for timbers with some gravel. 1

R2ED
@vulture i went with it. Used a purple and grey-brown base. Kept the colors muted to keep the figure the star. Great suggestions, both of you! Thank you! Now i gotta post this thing in Show off. Edited October 11, 2022 by R2ED
