they're pretty active on discord. It think a couple things: they've been really focused on the launch of the new patreon and paint lines. and when your whole company is made up of artists, and not many people, then there aren't many people to manage the tech side of fixing pledge manager bugs and updating web content.

It seemed like Hanna was out for long time unexpected medical issues

It took them about an entire year to get a %complete progress tracker for rivenstone (as in PM closed last summer, and they just got a graphic made and a single update with it this year). but it does look like they are working on projects in earnest.

Whatever the reasons are doesn’t matter. It doesn’t take a tech person to post a quick update, even just in the comments section.

 

The reality is they have a 1/4 million dollar Kickstarter that they haven’t provided an update on in over a month and haven’t done many of the things they promised to do in that last update (including things they promised over 3 months ago).

 

That’s just bad business and causes people to lose trust in your company. Once trust with your customers is broken, it’s much harder to regain it.

• STL files will be available before pledge manager closes.
