I think I can probably get away with writing the quote myself - which will piss the sales guy off, but meh, I don't care. Cross that bridge when it comes to it.

It occurred to me you could just give the sales guy contact info. But to some other site two provinces away from the the one that could end up in a court battle. There is bound to be someplace (some other place) that ought to upgrade and hasn’t in ages.

So I hit submit reply on my post here, went to go pick up my kid from school, and returned to find a quote for the site from the salesman in my inbox.  It's not a generic quote though, it's specific to the site, which means someone told him something.  But since he sent it to just me, I'm guessing that it was the Gen Mgr.

I'm a little annoyed by that.

Something tells me that the artist really is a gamer....

The Auld Grump

That it was motherly and innocent Jenny sending the link to the porn was the icing on the cake.

Then, Let SalesGuy be on the hook to be deposed by various attorneys if the situation devolves to a court battle.

My thoughts were split between this and the fact that I don't even like painting under magnification because it diminishes my sense of depth.

For gits and shiggles, I looked it up, and .. it's a real thing.

I might even GET one. Actual Brush Cam, and stuff, eh? Would only need to figure out a way to mount it and get Streamlabs to recognise it ...

So now I see a need for a hobbyist grade micro-surgical tool to allow for actually painting that fine a level of detail instead of just providing a magnified image of real time of our not quite "steady as a rock" efforts to not put paint where it doesn't belong.
