Great Khan Artist
I got some lovely news today. Years ago, I donated probably 20+ pounds of pre-cast Hirst Arts blocks to the FLGS. When I'm making a project, I always seem to end up with extras, and they accumulated to the point that they were driving me crazy, so bye-bye blocks. That was the last I'd ever seen or heard of them. I dropped them off outside the store all those years ago, and I thought they were left out in the rain and ruined. I wasn't able to visit the store for years, until just this year when my days off changed. Today I asked the owner what ever became of them. He said they were all given away, in bags and boxes and they have scattered to the four winds-- that all over the countryside, they appear in models that are posted on the FLGS Discord. The person who took the box is still working through them. It made me happy to hear how much they were appreciated. 11
haldir
On 3/6/2023 at 3:52 PM, haldir said: The pdf has that there is a magic stone in the frame of the chair & then anther is on the person. The person then basically uses the Misty Step spell & hovers up to 30 feet over the terrain to the spot (square they want to go). How the PC would navigate the stair problem I mentioned earlier. The wheels are also made that difficult terrain is a non-factor for the player as well. You can also use the chair as a weapon as well (strike, ram or roll-over). What I do like is the chair has seatbelts for the waist & legs, so if the you get knocked over, you are prone, but don't fall out. Now in 5e to get back up, half your movement is used, for the chair user, it's full movement to get yourself & the chair up & half with assistance. I can handle that, I mean a round is only 6 secs & such. You can also upgrade the chair as well. Here is a link to the pdf, I found by just using a google search. I'm not sure if this a leaked pdf or what as the last page says something about patreons & such. Unless the person has uploaded it, as it's been a few years since I remember first hearing about combat 5e wheelchairs. Reveal hidden contents https://i.4pcdn.org/tg/1594519312524.pdf As for the sword, I'm not sure how that would work. It's why I asked on here. I mean I know there should be something, but also these chairs/characters are based off of basketball & rugby wheelchair users. Also I haven't got the stl off MMF yet to see what exactly is all back there on her chair. 🙂 So I picked up the stl file the other day, thanks to a surprise 50% coupon code I got in the email box the other day (yeah! procrastination pays off!!). Here's a back shot of the mini: She has a rapier & small shield, along with chair bags with allot of bows. Also note her instrument bag full of her other instruments like a ocarina (thou RCon & one those, brings up some bad memories of a little kid playing one of those during the "Best Buy" building years... She has some other stuff back there as well, it's pretty detailed. Since bard can't use shields in 5e, I'm just gonna have that as a ornate back/pocket to store stuff, like her weapon & such. Looking forward to seeing this one printed out. Since my 8th level game at RCON is gonna consist of lower level pregens this year. she is the bard pregen I picked to "level up" for the weekend.

Seriously, mostly just standing around for four to five days, usually to ultimately settle for a draw? Who but the English would even come up with a sport like that? 3

kristof65
Done with my software testing. is the week over yet? I asked this question in my T-Trak module thread, but no one has answered it yet - those of you who have spent time on US military bases, who provides the garbage pick up service? I can't recall if any of the bases I was on contracted with outside civilian companies, or if the base had their own garbage trucks/employees. Trying to figure out how to paint the dumpster sitting behind my building.

Never having been military, I can't answer that, but having worked in prisons, I can tell you that they have leased dumpsters that are taken out by staff for changing emptying. They had no markings to indicate ownership. And I can tell you from personal experience that we weren't supposed to use them to stop warning shots...
