haldir
Seeing that burnt panel reminded me of a car on the side of the road the other day, that I forgot to post about on here. While coming back from the other town with the semi-L but FGS we were about home but near the exit to a small town in Idaho (in this case, New Plymouth), there looked to be a incident on the side of the interstate. There was a couple of police cars with flashing lights & such, but as we drove past them, I noticed a woman & most likely her daughter between the 2 cars. Ahead of the cars was their car, the nose & engine of car was burning up & most likely was making it's way to the rear of the car. I hope the police called in either NP or Fruitland's fire departments for this one, as we never heard or seen FD lights coming. Tbh, I'm not sure who was closer, as Fruitland's FD would probably have mostly open road to the interstate, but NP is cloer, but would have had rural roads then interstate exit. All I know after we drove past the burning car, & after we'd left the scene, is when we got hit with the smell.....ugh. 8 minutes ago, Pegazus said: Machined feature on the door. In nutritional news, I ate nearly everything I had for the day from my lunch box. Have a small bad of Doritos to tide me over when the afternoon hits. So since I am still wanting something just after lunch, I hit up the vending machine. See chicken ramen but it’s vegetarian and just chicken flavored. There a standard shrimp cup ramen (starving student staple) but not really into shrimp today. So I will get the beef ramen. And once I pry it out from the vending machine’s theft prevention door, that’s when I noticed that it too is vegetarian and only beef flavored. At this point, no choice. I bought it. Little bland and not what I was craving. Let me guess, spelled Beeph? 😃 4
Pegazus
No beeph, nor any malk in the list of ingredients. Spice and natural flavors could be anything. I do wonder about the soda ash that was added. 5

(it's used in the boiling water for pretzels) it appearantly is also commonly used to help regulate PH levels, being significantly more alkali than sodium bicarbonate. Pegazus
Hello?! Coworkers! You live in Colorado! It’s just a bit of snow! They are all bailing. Nary a flake to be seen. I seriously doubt anyone will be in the office tomorrow. So why should I? Just feel like they are weak and deserving scorn. This weakness is clearly the result of all that vegetarian faux meat that is being foisted on your coworkers via the vending machines. I fear for America’s Cube Farms.

Other times, work from home is a nice thing. I'm not sure what we're scheduled to get (4"? 8"?...eh, I'll find out tomorrow), but I don't plan on driving in it. I've got work I can avoid doing at home just as easily as at the office.

No, whatever's inside would combust way before getting to 40 minutes, which would then set the microwave on fire. Don't ask how I know that. 10 hours ago, haldir said: That & this came in a email this morning: It's from Teefury (t-shirt company).
