72moonglum
This is definitely my favorite hobgoblin miniature, comes from Reaper, and have to say the metal version as the Bones one apparently doesn’t have a nose.

These and the Reaper Hobgobies are may faves. I also have some of the Ganesha models, and i like them ok, but they are more like Goblin-men than Hobgoblins IMHO. I posted painted versions of the mounted riders on this forum The Midlams are really nice too, although i;m not familiar with the sculptor Edited December 15, 2022 by Fencig

We've got so many orcs to choose from by Reaper but not a lot of Hobgoblins.
TheAuldGrump
If you have a 3D printer, or a friend that owns one, Mammoth Factory has some rather nice hobble gobbles in this month's Patreon/Tribe. Both the hobgoblins and the 'regular' goblins might make good hobgoblins, tweaking the size of the prints. The Auld Grump

I did ask them if the worgs come without saddles. Like okay, you got pictures without riders but are there some without saddles?

SotF
I'd kind of gotten some of the old Chainmail look stuck in my head for hobgoblins, the basic thing where there had been suggestions to use historical romans for them. I used to have a decent number of them where I used some plastic romans with heads from some elves that looked more samurai with topnots along with some weapon swaps. A dark red skin tone with a black hair works well for them in making them look even less human and diverged them from the elf parts as well.

And They're metal 👍
Fencig
I like the WOTC chainmail stuff and have a fair amount of it. The chainmail Hobgoblins are kinda funny though as they remind me of the Warner brothers bulldog, which also brings back good memories of when they knew how to make cartoons
