Flat steel 1”x1” plate, topped with Vallejo brown earth texture acrylic then I glued GF9 hobby scenic flock blend autumn gf9 92009. Used 50-50 Elmer’s clear glue & water

Very smooth work on the skin. Neat color scheme as well (she's got a definite fall look to her, so that base is 100% appropriate).

 

I think that, on its own, the purple cape looks good. However, when taking her overall composition into account, the purple color kind of comes out of nowhere. I'd suggest considering a pop of purple somewhere else on the mini to help make things a bit more cohesive. Just a thought.

Thanks, I got the paint scheme from a color wheel (great tool for me since my crayola box had 8 crayons) was going to make her gloves purple but at some point I forgot my plan so her gloves ended up a tan. I’ve been using a note pad to keep track of items/colors/mixes because it may be weeks between paint sessions.  It would help if I looked at the notebook …     Thanks for the advice!
