I think you did a great job with the fur (as well as the details in the face). I tend to prefer brownish gnolls over grayish ones, so this color scheme on the fur definitely speaks to me.

Thanks! My daughter liked the shield, she told me they were like kitten/puppy toe-beans.  I guess that’s a thing

Face and shield are great and I think the fur colour is spot on- I like hyaena colours for gnolls. (Optional suggestion if you have access to contrast colours a coat over the fur might make it look even more effective??)
