Stunning, simply stunning. I love their prints but the painting of the bone/tusk bits and the driftwood shield looks so good. Great background and photography 😎

Thank you so much!

"A valorous fighter, Olly!"
"Valorous? How do you mean, Sven?"
"You know, huge fat beast, lives in the vater, vit' the big tusks and vebbed feets..."

Splendid work; love this big bruiser and his whole setting.

I love, love, love both the sculpt and the painting on all of those bone parts! The way the shield and spear tie into his tusks and claws is just brilliant, and the paint really pulls it together.

Many thanks!

I appreciate it!

There's something going on with this model and you've managed to hit them all. The bone is top notch, particularly that vertebral column on the shield. I love the way it stands out against the tan.

Thank you!

It was fun to paint, AVG has some great designs.

I used several Reaper paints from the different bones triads and some inks from scale 75 for the bone parts.

This pretty-much sums up all of my thoughts exactly. I'd add that I love the purplish tint to some of his armor and the way you've distinguished the brown of his skin from the brown in his shield/clothing. Really nice job on a super-cool sculpt.

Thank you!

The Armor was done with Scale 75 Alchemy Cobalt/Magenta en Crimson ( the purple parts were undercoated with the red first to give some depth)
