Moderator Chaoswolf Posted February 1 Moderator Share Posted February 1 These are a couple Mimics I've had hanging around forever. They were both gotten as swag at past Reapercons.I finally decided to get them painted; they're done to my usual tabletop standard. These are pretty nice pieces, and they painted up easily. Let me know what you think.
Glitterwolf
Good job! Some adventurer needs to be quick or lose his hand! 1
Moderator Chaoswolf Posted February 1 Author Moderator Share Posted February 1 Well, I've had them unpainted for quite a while, I think they're probably hungry enough to go for a whole arm, so yes, best to be safe.
Count Urlik
The multiple eyes and big teeth on the second are just wonderfully exaggerated! The look on the party’s collective faces when this guy plops down on the table must be priceless! The teeth seem to jump right out at you. 1
Poilu_1914
The barrel is right in reach of the feet and ankles! Bite them off then feast at leisure! Good stuff! 1

Grand Slam
I especially like the barrel mimic...cool idea executed with a nice paint job (we could have used one of these during a session a while back...). The yellowing on the chest mimic's teeth was also a nice touch.
