House of Dexter
Well mine's not shirtless...but on a trip to Cancun...before the flight attendant made me put my paints away...said they where flameable....even after I handed her a tube and asked her to find anything that said it was toxic or flameable... Darkstar
I'm surprised she didn't confiscate your brushes as well. You know, you could've used them to paint black x's over the pilot's eyes, then he couldn't see anything and you could take over the plane!.. I would consider a brush as a WMD at this point in world history, what was she thinking! Lazy stewardess.
Astonia
This is me painting... and this is also the reason why I don't post more often. I have a whole freakin army of these guys to do! And I'm already sick of those pointy helmets :D
pae
I see the painted thumb you were talking about over on Jenova's forums. One of these days I'll have to post a picture of my thumb.
zaphod
Thats funny... Pointed helmets *chuckle* I never ever got paint on my thumb, except this one time... I had the very old hex style Citadel paint pots with the flip lids that always failed to flip after a few months or years.... Thumb, table, shirt, floor... Whats the difference? Darkstar
I see the painted thumb you were talking about over on Jenova's forums. One of these days I'll have to post a picture of my thumb. I use my thumb pad and top of my hand as a mixing palette while I paint lol. It's so freaky looking after the end of the day...I've been wanting to post a pic...today after work I will. I'm glad I'm not the only one
pae
The first time I saw it done was at ReaperCon. Marike was working on the Nymph, and her entire thumb and index finger were a beautiful shade of blue-green.

Darkstar
Okay, keep in mind I had washed my hands twice during the day of buildup, then once when I took a shower in the evening...this is just the 6pm to 9:30pm buildup! I go outside to get the mail and sometimes my neighbors are out there smoking, and I can see them looking at my hand, I wonder if they think I have a birth defect? Or maybe I've gone off the deep end and gone and gotten a Jackson Pollock tattooed on my hand
Gabe
Wow, that's pretty, erm, interesting I've never used my hands as palletes when painting minis, except when I use my airbrush And I thought brush licking was weird (but I've gotten into the habit of doing that, so, there ya go...)
