Wow, this is an excellent job.  I particularly liked the skin tone and metal.  I've tried to do this before and never quite achieve what you have here.  The base is nice too!  What exactly are the green grass?  It does not look like static grass.  Anyway, an excellent job!

The green grass is from AK Interactive.  Diorama-Realistic Green Moss.  It is extremely small static grass clumps.  Probably 1MM.  It works very well for 25-32MM miniatures as grass instead of tall weeds.

On the blade.  Primed black. Base coated with Army Painter Plate Mail Metal.  Washed several times with Ciatdel Shade Nuln Oil.   Start bringing it up with AP Plate Mail Metal then Army Painter Shining Silver with final highlights using Scale75 "Speed Metal SC-66.
