I'm very happy with how she turned out.  I was using the 80s Apple commercial as my inspiration for this.  She's breaking through to the other side - wherever that may lead.

Questions:

Does the base need more color? If so, what color and where?

Does the fleur-de-lis translate as metallic?

Would love to hear your thoughts.

I would add in some dark browns or at least wash the rubble in GW beil-tan green, I know its concrete but could use some contrast.

and for the emblems I feel the ones on the bottom should be darker esspecially the ones on the seals, thou I'm myself terrible at NMM..

I actually like the monochrome grey on the base. It makes the colours on her pop out that little bit more - like the use of sudden bursts of colour in an otherwise black and white film.

She is beautifully painted and the whole pose and base is fabulous. I always default to TMM because my figures are generally for tabletop but I think you may need more of a dark yellow in places atm there's a bit too much highlight - if one is being very picky - and if they are all metal each one would have different bits highlighted?? Second the idea of another shade in the base - if there was a touch of dark purple behind the far left wall in the face on shot it would echo and triangulate  with the (amazing) purple gems you've got?

She looks fantastic!

The Base could go one of two ways;

1) leave it as is so that all attention is focused on the figure, or,

2) accentuate the rust that you have used and/or consider some some extra shading/wash as others have mentioned.

Wow!  All great suggestions.  It is awesome to get different perspectives to help develop a piece further.  Finishing a piece is so rewarding but also has pressure to it thinking something was missed.  Hearing all the ideas really has me looking at this and seeing what improvements can be made or touched up to enhance.

Thanks for taking the time to respond and give me a point in the right direction. Y'all rock!

Since you asked for it…

1) Are the wires through the concrete supposed to be rebar, or copper piping? They read like brass wires to my eyes. If rebar, I’d try and paint some of the striations that are seen on rebar.

2) The areas where I added red arrows to on the base would be nice places to add the faintest traces of some kind of color. You can either use colors that are complimentary to the miniature, or tie into the miniature with colors you used on the figure specifically. That choice is entirely you own to make based on personal preference. Or go nuts, and do a little of both. This should be subtle however, so as to not overtake the miniature.

3) The red arrows I’ve directed to the mini:

A) The right leg is significantly darker than the rest of the skin. A dramatic effect, and I love it. I do agree with a prior poster however that the “flower” is a little bright as compared to the contrast of the skin.

B) The choice of the white hair with the grey top is a serious challenge and I laud you for that. The white hair does however, as you are well aware or you wouldn’t have asked, detract from the flower mask as reading metallic. As such, you could darken the lower left side of the mask since the left side of the miniature is drawn back and it is leading with the right shoulder. The contrast could help sell the NMM.

C) The contrast you have between the steel NMM is great, and sells as steel as compared to the concrete, so excellent work there.

D) The contrast you have with the steel isn’t as dramatic as the contrast you have with the NMM gold. The skin also has significantly more contrast to it as compared to the gold NMM. The lower gold reads more as gold to me, and one of two tiny, white hotspots could make that perfect. I’d like to see that same contrast reflected on the mask and the ‘swords’ NMM gold.

That said, the piece is amazing and your personal progress has been incredible to witness. I genuinely look forward to your posts.

I don't get the impression that she is "breaking through" anything.   The base is fairly static with horizontal and vertical pieces.  It looks broken but it does not look like she is breaking it, or breaking through it.  You'd need some suspended or flying pieces of concrete in front or on either side of her to show the movement of an explosive burst.
