Very nice and I did indeed enjoy seeing, I always enjoy seeing your color choices as well as your highlighting and shading, especially the orange you put into your gold nmm on this one.

Thank you Kazmania!  I have two spots on that chair I'm not very fond to, and the chalice turned out more or less, but honestly I'm probably too lazy to rework them, as I need to start on working something new.  It's been a bit of a slow year it feels like, but other things have been going on, so need to dedicate time to other things as well!

this is gorgeous in shape and execution.
the chalice and chair make a great visual impression and the cushions are cool too.
I suppose I could go back and look for the mistakes you see after painting it, but it looks great on a more casual viewing.

Yeah, I really love everything about this sculpt, so beautiful!

and of course I’m my own worst critic!

That's a very cool miniature and I think you did a fine job painting her! :winkthumbs:

Thank you Chaoswolf, appreciate it!

She looks fabulous!

Bonus points for painting an alchemist. ::D:

Thank you Alchemist, I was going by the description of the mini to name her so! It's kind of fun, lots of time Stonehaven gives little backstories to their miniatures, in this case here is what they have written:

Alchemy is a subtle art. Sure you could use it to poison a whole town, but should you? It's these moral gray areas that don't keep hobgoblins awake at night. I mean, they are nocturnal, so they are away anyways poisoning village wells and such, but they tend not to overthink it.

Asalways an excellent job on her. Great color choices and I'm still trying to figure out what you don't like about the chair. 😁

If you don't know, I'm not telling......

or maybe I will, the way I have the highlights underneath the arm resting on the chair arm. Probably a pretty easy fix if I'd just get around to it.

She’s great, I love the sculpt and your paint job really brings her to life.  The textural quality on the boots and cushions is particularly nice!

Thanks, the boots being prominent enough, really needed to pay some attention to them, as they aren't kind of hidden around the floor.

Great sculpt done up very well. You really got her face and gave her so much character - she's gloating/mocking/enjoying herself all at once!

Thank you Iridil!  I'm really fond of Michael Evan's sculpts, always full of character, and even though initially I think they are going to be challenging to paint and reach certain parts of the minis, they always seem to work out without much problem at all!

Definitely going to keep painting more of his stuff...
