CripDyke
i can relate to almost everything said here. I was originally turned off by Klocke's over-the-topness. There are far too many characters in a fantasy RPG that ARE the same. Now, I really like them. Overall, i prefer realistic proportions in my minis, and SG delivers. However...i've come to love the occasional Klocke sculpt for the occasional unusual character. I use them as the "stand outs" - the people you are SUPPOSED to remember, even if you only fought them once & never knew their names. One thing that drives me nuts is that no one will make a woman mini with nappy hair or a bald head. What gives, reaper?? What gives, entire industry?? eastman
One thing that drives me nuts is that no one will make a woman mini with nappy hair or a bald head. What gives, reaper?? What gives, entire industry?? There is only one bald woman that I've seen in the minis world. That's the Dark Age - Reaver click here (I was looking to find a suitable mini for a Deadlands-He!! on Earth Syker)
Anastrianna
I am also a fan of Sandra's. I've read a few interviews on the web with her. She seems like a really down to earth lady But I will agree about he eyes!
Darkstar
One thing that drives me nuts is that no one will make a woman mini with nappy hair or a bald head. Actually in the Exalted line, there's an archer, Harmonious Jade that has braids...not quite naps, but gettin there. GW makes a line of Sisters of Sigmar for Mordheim that has a blind sister with a bald head and a queue. Also, I believe there are a couple in the House Escher gang from Necromunda with half shaven half dreads. SO, there's not much AFAIK, but some that i can think of off the top. haldir
well there is recently the DH female mini with a ax (handle is slightly crooked), she has short hair, more or less middle age squirish haircut. Randy M
Vikinglodge
I just love her work, I also end up with alot of her work, the most sticking part is her faces but also the charachter of the minis. Just the best
Digital M@
It was her work that originally drew me to Reaper as well. I then tired of her work as it all started looking too similar to me, but she has broken past that and is really putting out some great original looking pieces again. Liking someones work is subjective, but no one can deny she has talent oozing out of every pore in her body.

FirstLevelFighter
guess this little lady slipped past the radar..... It's not so much a lack of hair that I'd like to see more of…(a lack…more of? is that like jumbo shrimp or a titan miniature?) Hmmm…it's not that long hair is in the way or obscuring other details, but I think actual short hair offers up some new directions for painting and cool potential, as does a bald female mini. I'm thinking of something more along the lines of Lt. Ilia (Persis Khambatta) from Star Trek: The Motion Picture. She was a very striking character. Lt. Jordan O’Neil (Demi Moore) in G.I. Jane was another. (Ha! I don't think bald women have to be lieutentants, or even in the military, those were just the first two examples that came to mind.) Spike
I always thought Sandra Garrity had a talent for doing flowing clothing and hair, and I find it ironic that she does the prettiest elves... and orcs. Now.. about short-haired babes, I totally agree. We crop-mopped ladies need equal representation... and I'd live and die to see a mini sculpted to look somewhat like Bjork when she was going shaven-headed. Akela
One thing that drives me nuts is that no one will make a woman mini with nappy hair or a bald head. What gives, reaper?? Keep track of the Warlord line Sisters of the Blade in upcoming months.
mgmaranda
Don't forgetn Sinead O'Conner (I think that was the 80's-90's singer that did similar things)
Spike
Hey..and if we get Sinead and Bjork.. then we NEEED an homage to Grace Jones back when she had that COOL-AS-HECK mohawk!

Ironworker
Sandra was also the main reason I started getting Reaper minis all those years ago. A couple years ago I felt here style was getting a bit dated but she has really stepped up to the plate with some cool new minis. I'd still like to see a bit more action in here poses but I certainly feel she is still one of the best out there.
