Confrontation Tiger

Well, this is the fastest I have ever knocked out a mini. Starting from primed I had him painted, based and seal coated in just under 3 1/2 hours. This is an incredably fun miniature to paint because of all the details. The only frustrating part was the head because I dont think the details are defined enough. It was difficult to tell what what what.

Let me know what you think and how I can improve.

One thing I would change is I would add a purplish pink on the skin around the moles to help better define them and make them a bit more gross.

This os one of my better pictures and I am only using one lamp because my other one is broken, I have not changed my F numbers or any other settings, I don't get it? The highlights are not showing that great, but it is nice and crisp

This thing doesn't need to be more gross. It's really disturbing. You got creative with the colors, and it's very effective.

I want to buy the other two versions of this sculpt and turn the whole lot of em against my players. I envision them coming from a world with a lot more Chaos than law like there is on earth.

D M@-

I have considered using those as beefy Hounds of Tindalos.

Great work on that painting. Nice muscles, though fleshy red- purple muscles would look even better than the creamy orange colour. I like head armour too, ^_^

That beast is impressive, M@t.

The orangy flesh goes really well with the purples, and the textures are extremely well rendered. The turquoise boils on it's back are maybe the only parts that don't quite mesh with the rest, but truly, this is one great paintjob.

That is a very impressive paint job. Great job on the color graduation. Personally, I think there are too many colors. With tan, red, purple/blue, and turquoise, I think it gets a little busy. Maybe with one less color. That's just personal preference though. Great painting though.
