Blazer seems like a powerful archery skill, and the Necropolis are not a primarily archery army. I'd expect their strengths to be more along the lines of ultra-cheap grunts and tanklike leaders. With the release of the Factionbook - Necropolis: Thule, we will see a release of new necro models. In fact, I have already teased with a green of one of them . . .
