Enchantra
Well It's Turkey Day and I looked outside. What do I see? SNOW! It's not often anymore than I get to see the white stuff on Thanksgiving. It's so beautiful.
Bill_Adcock
We have a very light dusting here...it's late. Usually the first snow here is Halloween, just as the kids are getting ready to go out.
Digital [email protected]
Yep, we have a few inches here. My Malamute and black lab are in heaven
Spike
WAAAAH It's not fair! We'll be lucky to get a single snowfall down here in Tagarthos (That's my home province in Taltos :) ), and if it does snow, it's only a sad pitiable little dusting that melts away before midday. Come on Enchantra! You have a camera dont'cha? Make with the pics already!
Enchantra
Come on Enchantra! You have a camera dont'cha? Make with the pics already! What camera? That belongs to my sister. My regular camera decided to jam and no longer work a couple years ago.
Spike
Bummer! I'm just about to take my digi out for a walk around the 'hood and get pics of the fall colours here. (Our leaves only just now really changed, and they're gorgeous.) Meanwhile, I have a plan. I"m going to buy a dumptruck full of that scenics-flocking and have an artificially-white Christmas. dargrin
65 here in Ma. I even suggested that we eat the turkey on the deck.
Zephyrus
We rarely get snow here. And it's even rarer for it to fall on a holiday.
haldir
rain rain rain & Fog Fog Fog all we've gotten this year so far, I feel like I live on the west side of Oregon now. thou I don't have an hours drive to see a ocean If it's anything like last year, we'll get our snow come the first of the new year. abngi
I was going to eat some Turkey down at the pool, but it was too hot out, and they frown on eating in the pool. I love Bangkok.
Spike
I made this pic today at a house down the street. No I didn't adjust the colours at all. The entire yard was COVERED in yellow leaves. It rather looked like how I imagine Lothlorien. This is about as close to "snow" as I can hope for. I'd be half-tempted to rake them into a pile and jump in them if not for the vicious dog that was ALSO in the yard full of leaves.
Moderator Froggy the Great Posted November 26, 2004 Moderator Share Posted November 26, 2004 Gotta hate those viscous dogs...
