Darkstar
In the Dark Future of Warhammer 40,000, there is only... DISCO Nifty. :) Lol! It's interesting to hear so many associations between these minis and music! I actually thought about Glam Rock and The Clash while painting these...oh yeah, and early early Duran Duran....Siegue Siegue Sputnik was definately on my mind too. Man, I'm showing my age for sure! vejlin
Actually Necromunda isn't dead, they realeased a new edition of the rules book not long ago. The game is also still being supported through a magazine (forgot its name) along with stuff like Blood Bowl (Cool game). Fanatic still releases models for Blood Bowl and Necromunda (and the other games I can't remember right now).

The game is also still being supported through a magazine (forgot its name) along with stuff like Blood Bowl (Cool game). Fanatic still releases models for Blood Bowl and Necromunda (and the other games I can't remember right now). The name of the magazine is Fanatic. That went under in November, they'll release the magazine until issue #10 then it's over. GW downsized their "Specialist" games division due to lack of revenue. Fanatic is the mag that supported any ongoing changes for Necromunda. The web division of Specialist Games is now going to be taking over any and all new updates to the rules...miniatures etc. However...by saying "dead" I was using California speak. Dead is a slang word for "not happening" not actually "dead". Yes, they still release the occasional miniature, like the new Rat warriors for Necromunda, and they still have the occassional rule update in the rules FAQ, but no longer sponsor official tournaments, competitions, or expansions. This doesn't mean that they're absolutely DEAD per se, but that's not what I mean. I meant dead as in "Dude, like Necromunda is so Dead dude."
