Qwyksilver
So, I was officially on vacation as of 5:00 PM yesterday (people in my office might argue that I was on vacation most of the day yesterday though). This morning is my first morning to sleep late, relax, catch up on lost sleep. I wake up at 6:10 AM, totally wide awake and can't go back to sleep!!! I HATE THAT!!! I usually get up between 5:45 and 6:00 AM. Stupid internal biological clock crap... Well, guess I'll base some figures Maybe use the Dremel and wake everyone else in the apartment up Why should I be the only one not sleeping at this hour
cornbread
I always feel that I am living in the wrong timezone. It takes several alarm clocks to get me up before 8am. So if I move somewhere that 9 am central is like 6am, I could get up and get some things done. So that would put me somewhere in the Pacific? Enchantra
It takes a while to get into a different rhythm. I found that now that I have been home for a week I am falling back into my normal nocturnal patterns. But the first few days I was home I was getting up quite early due to my 5 AM wakeup on normal weekdays.
Bill_Adcock
I always wake up at about a quarter to six. Automatically. Even when I've been on summer vacation for a month.
Lars Porsenna
My circadian rhythm sleeps in bed right next to me...more accurate than any alarm clock... Damon
