mooseyjoe
Hey, it says i am mostly harmless. that is better than a newbie. thanks for all your time and for reading my rampancy if you happened to make it this far. feel free to respond to any of the jewels of juicy goodness contained in this thread. i appreciate it when people make comments, gives me something new to read
twjolson
Wow, that was annoying and a waste of time, space and money. Congrad's you've gone from Newbie to Childish.
Spike
Here's the part where I click "reply" and type simply "*sigh*" But my conscience won't allow such spammination, so instead I am appending my reply with a witty quotation. "Only as high as I reach can I grow, only as far as I seek can I go, only as deep as I look can I see, only as much as I dream can I be." Karen Ravn I hope this has been enlightening. mooseyjoe
Now i wasn't going to add anymore to this pile of nothingness, but some of you seem to be greatly disturbed by the contents of this thread. This is nothing but me amusing myself (and hopefully anyone else with a sense of humor) and actually contains a bit of constructive advice. If my ranting about no particular topic strikes you as childish, annoying, or even down right infuriating than maybe you should not be reading the section called "off-topic rampancy". In addition, if this was so awful to read, why is it that you have read two pages worth of this now? This said, I apologize to anyone I have offended

In addition, if this was so awful to read, why is it that you have read two pages worth of this now? I only read the first three or so, it doesn't take long to know what a waste of time and money your posts where. As for the Off Topic Rampancy, other peoples posts have a reason, you admitted off the bat you just wanted to post so you weren't a "newbie" anymore. If you were so intent on suggesting stuff to Reaper, it would be in the Reaper section. Even in your last post, you called it a pile of nothingness. If you have nothing to post, then don't post, stop wasting everyone's time and contribute with substance rather then meaningless fluff. People don't come to the Reaper boards to listen to 17 year kid ramble. We are here to learn and socialize. You are apperently here to socialize with yourself, we can do without that. Steven Page
I'd hate to think I wasted a Friday night in such a manner, back when I was seventeen.......of course back then we didn't have computers at home, and SPAM came with a key on the side of the can..... Qwyksilver
SPAM came with a key on the side of the can..... Ahhh fond memories of camping as a kid with my parents. We'd have fried SPAM and eggs for breakfast. And Dinty Moore beef stew, which I still swear is just canned dog food with carrots. I tried it last year. <shudder> It was better as a childhood memory. Holy crap it's salty!!! Least the S'Mores haven't let me down after all these years. Though eating them with a beard makes it more of a challenge. Digital [email protected]
I found this thread inspirational, educational and entertaining. After all, nobody likes being called a newbie, it is degrading.
mooseyjoe
thank you Digital [email protected] and trust me i have wasted no friday night, just a break from doing demolition work on the kitchen floor. we had a leak under the sink and now the whole floor has to come up, even the part where there was no leak. this is exceptionally annoying because since the glue holding the linoleum is still in good shape, it only comes off in little six-inchish pieces. If anyone knows how to speed up this process I still got about 10 square feet to do and if there were some sort of magic trick it could probably save me an hour or so. and as to the matter of spam, aren't you glad you can get it on your computer now where it is ignorable instead of actually having to eat it. Enchantra
Ripping up linoleum: Is it tile or a large sheet? Here is what my Parents did for linoleum tile: Get the hottest steaming water, in fact boil it. Add lysol to it in roughly equal parts. Soak towels in it and lay them over the offending tiles and wait a couple hours. Pull towels up and scrape, should come up like a charm. (It's also good for wallpaper removal but you spray the stuff on and don't lay towels on it).
mooseyjoe
its the large sheet kind, but ill bet it will work on the sheet too, especially if i score it with an exacto first to let the water get through thanks for the tip
