D&D Minis has a rakshasa from the Giants of Legend set, though you'd have to find a single fig seller. (Unless you really like prying open thousands of random boxes and have unlimited wallet space.) Hrm, it's a rare, didn't realize, might make your job tougher. http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/mg/20040617a

Failing which, there's 02785 : Sabretooth Tiger Man from Reaper.

His walrus teeth may have to go. Along with the big sword if you stick to rakshasa=spellcaster lore.

Or you could try to look for any tiger minis or plastic toys (Do toobs have jungle animal tigers?) and chop their heads off and stick it on a spellcaster body you like. ::P:

My collection is old enough that I have rakshasa minis from the time when they didn't always have tiger heads. I have the Grenadier ones from the 80's, both the elephant-headed and the crocodile-headed, but am still trying to get their 'Rhinshasa', the rhino-headed one. I do have the WotC - GOL one mentioned above, got that on ebay for not much money. I also have the Ral Partha one from the 90's, but I'm not real impressed with that one, looks more like an arcanoloth to me (and I do also have Ral Partha's arcanoloth from about the same time). Sorry, haven't been able to find any pictures of these online, just old pricelists.

There are some on the market, especially the ones already mentioned. There is also the Reaper Lion man, which could be used although he looks IMHO a bit too feral for a Rakshasa. Same with Silat. If Reaper would make a really cool oriental style D&D type Rackshasa I'd buy it for sure.

BTW the old Pal-Partha one is quite small for todays standards.
