Vil-hatarn
I'm definitely going to be late. Might finish it next weekend, if I'm lucky.
eastman
I expect mine to take about another week (more if I can't find the right supplies at the craft store tomorrow)
FirstLevelFighter
The good news: my exchange mini is looking great. The conversion work turned out well and the base is as cool as I was hoping it would be. I think I'm going to be happy with it when it's done, and, more importantly, my recipient will like it too. The bad news: it's not going to be done on time. Hopefully I'll be only a day or two behind schedule and I'll be able to get it in the mail by the end of the week. I'm behind because I was a little intimidated by some of the conversion work, and trying a few tricks I've seen and at which I've wanted to have a go for a while. I got past it, got to work, and I think it's coming together just fine. I wanted to get this one out on time, after making Frosch wait until Orgins to get his mini. I hope he liked it and maybe thought it was worth the wait…?
Jabberwocky
I need to take a few pictures so I can remember the little guy with, then its off in the mail! He should be off later today or Tuesday at the latest. I hope my exchange partner likes it!
spiritual_exorcist
Found my paperwork, weeeeeeee... If it is any consolation, I too am behind, although I intend to have my mini out by the end of the week (Have Wednesday and Thursday off so it will get finished then). Also everyone needs to keep in mind some people are shipping distances that can take a week plus for mail to travel, so like I said before, don't panic if you don't get your mini. That being said, I have several people lined up to paint any additional minis (myself included). Everyone who paints a mini, will get a mini in return. Rastl
Wow - months to finish this thing. *paint* *paint* *paint* Hmmm - I learned some new stuff at RAC I can use on this figure. The deadline is getting closer. *paint* *paint* *paint* Argh! The deadline is next week! *paintpaintpaint* I should have mine out by the end of the week. Fashionably late, as it were. Heisler
I hope this isn't against the etiqutte of the affair. Kris Marquardt, I just mailed your mini out. Hope it arrives okay and you can post up a pic, since I don't have a camera. This was great fun and I hope you enjoy the mini. JK Mine arrived safe and sound. Thank you very much, there's some good work on that one. I'll try and get some pictures up and going when I have a chance.

Humansquish
I was hoping to get mine finished up today and mailed out tomorrow, but the weather isn't going to let me seal it. Hopefully the weather will clear and I can get it off by the end of the week, but I'll have to wait and see.
Grungydan
Oi! Mine may be a bit late. I've had all kinds of things on my plate...and I'm a horrible procrastinator. :) It's (mostly) based, and I'm about to go prime it and start basecoating tonight. Who knows, I've been known to get into a frenzy and fully complete a fig in one night, so it might be done and out tomorrow...but I kinda doubt it. :( Just wanted to post real quick so you'd know I hadn't just dropped out. Sorry!
Nax
Ok, bad news. RL kinda blew up in my face. Qwyksilver
Nothing like a deadline to get you cranking Finished (and started) last night in a 4.5 hour painting tear. Since I have a bad habit of starting and stopping and just forgetting about figures, I wanted to force myself to just sit and paint it. Sure the deadline is fairly artificial, but it works. The more time I spend futzing with something, the more likely I am to also completely mess it up. Just put a second coat of Gloss Cote on few minutes ago after waking up, and hope the rain holds off long enough for the Dull Cote. Then it's just a matter of finding a suitable box, packing it up, and finding time to get to the post office. [Added] Was able to get the 2 coats of Gloss Cote and 2 coats of Dull Cote on before it started really raining. It was only a bit of a drizzle anyways, so I could stand in the doorway and stay dry. Will box him up tonight after the Warlord Campaign and get him to the post whenever my work schedule permits or Saturday morning, whichever comes first. Anastrianna
After some rushingly mad and long painting sessions, mine is finished! I should be able to get it in the mail today. I too was a bit of a procrastinator this time...
CuCulain42
Well, my predicton of getting mine out yesterday was shot. I had a, shall we say, disagreement with my paint brush. Hopefully I'll be finished tonight.
