To me, it isnt the horse that I wanted seperate but the warlord figures in a mounted pose. I was going to add crusaders to pegasi and hippogryph, overlords to something cool, elves to sabertooth cats ala world of warcraft, and I wanted the dwarf bears (new sculpts, not the boring old bear sculpts) to put barbarians on. I would gladly pay a couple bucks more to have them seperate instead of a single sculpt :/
