Guerrilla Insurgent in rebellion against the lawfully established Imperial Government, whose quasi-terrorist attacks had, in fact, already devastated the life-supporting ecology of the Moon called Yavin IV in a similar attack on a Lawful Imperial Military Base.

 

The only factor in the guerrilla's favor was that they did wear uniforms and had easily-identifiable vehicles of war, in accordance with the Geneva Convention. Nevertheless, "When in the course of Human Events . . ."

Didn't you read the whole artical, Yavin IV was protected by its planet. That military base was too far away. :poke:::D:

surprised Lucas didn't use a Ewok as the one that destroys the Death Star. Finds a fighter flys up into battle then finds the exaust port, flys down & blows the thing away, flys back & becomes the hero of the trilogy--only to succumb to the darkside later on in sequel shot some 10-20 years down the road.....

 

 

oh wait I better stop typing, Lucas may see this & get some ideas :blink:
