cutebutpsycho
I am lucky enough to be in the same area as Jester, so I frequently see him at paintclub. He hasn't been around much recently because of obligations with his kids, painting A LOT, illness going around here in the great white north, etc. etc. etc..... Also, a lot of the painting he's doing right now is for Christmas presents (comissions) so he can't exactly post them right now. I did see him Sunday (when he confirmed that he is FIRMLY planning on attending Reapercon-baring tragic accidents), so I know he's still out there working VERY hard, just give him a while and go over to his site (he's been posting on his message board every now and again) if you want to see what he's up to. Super Administrators kit Posted December 22, 2005 Super Administrators Share Posted December 22, 2005 I spoke to him on the phone a week ago No one likes a bragger. Oh, I dunno. I think he's pretty okay.
Spartan6
So, instead of saying "It puts the lotion on its skin" a la Silence of the Lambs do you tell Rob"It puts the paints on its pewter" "and not in the dogs mouth".
Spike
While we're talking about folks we miss, has anybody heard word of Jenova? I've not seen a posting from her in ages.
Enchantra
While we're talking about folks we miss, has anybody heard word of Jenova? I've not seen a posting from her in ages. She hasn't been on her own board in MONTHS. Last we knew over on her boards she was suffering from a combination of nasty migraines and an addiction to World of Warcraft. Kheprera
I guess the dog didn't understand that your not supposed to bite the hand that paints you. Unfortunately, I guess I'll miss Jester and everyone for R'06. I'll be in another area (where, I don't know yet, but hopefully a PERM job) and be in the middle of peak season (being as it's 2 weeks or so after April 15th) so that will give me a little more time to finish the mini I started at R'05. Jester
Well, at least this wasn't rumors of my demise... And yes I still love you all... well, most of you... Yes, I'm still around. As far as posting, I've taken up just posting what Reaper products/miniatures I have done here... keeping everything separate to their respective MBs. I do post about 90% of what I do on my own MB, but that's another story... There are some pieces I'll be posting soon, but understandably I don't want to spoil the surprise for the client's friend with one, and the other two haven't been publicly released yet, so I cannot in good faith post those publicly yet either. I do stop by daily and read thru the postings, but mostly just read. And yes, I will be attending ReaperCon 2006 this year. That makes three in a row for me, and I must say that I wouldn't miss a ReaperCon. Now, I just need to get some rocking chairs for Kelcore and me to sit around in outside the trailer... The wife has gotten the time off, so I'll definitely be there... barring any accidents with the damn dog. And no, the dog hasn't bitten me YET again... although if he keeps up his sandwich-stealing ways, he's not long for this earth... Either that, or I'll send him to [email protected] to keep in his basement. But mostly it's busy busy busy... the kids are all getting bigger and since my eldest son joined Cub Scouts, that conflicts with the Painting Club nights. But the kids do come first. And I'm busy trying to finish up my commission works as I stopped taking commissions on the whole. I have so many projects that I want to pursue/interest me, that I want to work more on my own stuff... that's including more sculpting, CAV pieces, fluff piece writing, and just any general mayhem that I can get myself into. And yes, I puts my paints on the pewter... and I lick my brush... and all other sorts of bad habits... "So, you heard me exclaim much to your regret... Merry Christmas to all, and KEEP YOUR PAINTS WET!!!"

Might even have some corn-cobb pipes too! It all depends on how much room Scott and I have in the mini-van o' doom this year. We may be taking on passengers. Merry Christmas, bro. Rocking chairs AND corn cob pipes! I will anxiously await the arrival of the mini-van o' doom! I did find a place where I can get the corn-cob pipes, so if you bring the chairs, I'll have the pipes! Merry Christmas to you Kel, and to LB as well... best wishes and peace!
Wumby
You should only use the corn-cob pipes that you purchased to figure out how to make your own corn-cob pipe. There's nothing like smokimg quality tobacco from a "made it myself" corncob pipe!
