Andrew
Now that is what I am talking about. Those look great and even better alltogether. Very nice work keep it up.
Digital M@
Now that is what I am talking about. Those look great and even better alltogether. Very nice work keep it up. Quoted for emphasis. Each one alone is spectacular, but lined up like that it is something else to "behold" Now if you play any form of RPG where you can throw those on the table for the smae combat, you have to promise to take pictures of your players faces. haldir
that would be one sadistic DM if that was an encounter great work on all of them!!!! each has something unique to offer. RM
Krztoff
oops I mean 3 that are not fully done yet! So that means you have 10 of them total, correct? The ME site lists them as 15.99 each. Which means that you purchased over $150 in undead beholders?!? Was this one at a time, or a bulk purchase when you came down with this "Beholder Fever" which seems to have taken hold of you? Unfortuantly I have never played D&D or anything of the kind. (to busy painting, painting, painting, etc etc....)
Artists Wren Posted February 22, 2006 Artists Share Posted February 22, 2006 It's worth you taking up D&D just to slap this herd of fantastically painted Beholders on the table and take the photo of player faces Digital M suggested. ;) Hm, what would be the correct term for a group of Beholders, an Eyeful of Beholders, a Wink of Beholders, I'm sure someone could come up with much pithier ideas than that... Decado
Awesome group shot! I agree and it was was the first thing I thought of when I saw the group pic, those need to be placed before a group of players during a game. The looks on thier faces would be priceless. Frankthedm
Accually i get them wholesale. P.S. I'm getting 10 more MMUUHAHAHAHAAHA!!!!!!!!!! They are great. I would actually suggest contacting Magnificent Ego’s to see if they want to use some of your paintjobs as painted example in exchange for compensation. Unless that is how you are already getting them at wholesale*. *Ignore this suggestion if you already work for them, I've made that mistake before. Accually the message moderator over at MEO's Forum just asked if they could put the group photo on there website. I of course said yes. I'll post the link once they put the image up. BTW I wish I did work for them or any mini company but alass not yet!
mrbuddylee
Just wanted to say that these are great. I've never liked beholders (as far as paint jobs go) because people don't seem to get something right, but these are fantastic. They all look different from each other and very well done.
