The Forgewalk Marches

The elven armies of Darthiir and Vil-hatarn have secured the Forgewalk Marches. Any Reven or Overlords trying to sneak in, beware! We shall sneak around in the forests and shoot you all! ::P: (ignoring the fact that I lost to both Qwyk and Storminator)

May the glory of Almirithil never fall!

Rackin frackin tree hugging varmints. I actually had the whole bloody territory, for once, and had it for the entire month, and the last bloody weekend of the month, some Elves go and beat up some people at a Con and steal my territory

We need more Reven in the Forgewalk Marches. It's lonely here being the only active one.

It was great fun overseeing the Tournament with Storminator this weekend. Congrats to Darthiir for his victory. Great showing by Curadhan, Vil Hatarn and Gospog.

I'm glad I was able to get in one pick up game over the long weekend. I spent a good chunk of my free time painting the first 2 nights. And I actually finished a miniature!

I keep forgetting that rule number one of a Con. If you're actually running events, that sleep thing is important. Next year, I'm staying at the hotel and getting that extra hour I lost driving back to my mom's house. On the plus side, I got to see my dog a bit over the weekend, which was nice, but an extra hour sleep would be nicer. Granted, the 30 minutes back to my mom's sure as heck beat the hour and 20 minutes back to my place each night.

Don't worry Qwyk there are fresh Reven players building armies as I type this...uncouth, unwashed, undereducated, mobs that they are. If we can just get them registered on reapergames then you might get some help. Then again, they are new and may take a beating early on ::P:

There is also rumor of another Razig/Merc force in the works, two Crusader forces, and one Necropolis.

the only thing I can make of this is that you must have used the german/pirate translator...in which case if you say it like it looks then you are telling me to "Setzen Sie barrel/ sit in a barrel."

come on you can think of something better. ::D:

Nono, it's the Pirate Alphabet from the Razig PDF.

The Three Arrrrrrrs of Pirate Schoolin'

Back by popular demand, we present the Pirate Alphabet, as recited by Tim "Talin" Collier around the Reaper Office.

A as in, “A get over ‘ere.”

B as in, “I b a pirate.”

C it’s the big blue wobbly thing you sail on.

D indicates something specific, as in “Gimme d rum dammye!”

E is what you call a guy, as in “e ‘it me.”

F is a condition, “I’ll ‘it ‘im back f I can.”

G is an exclamation of surprise.

H is one E in particular, “I’ll kill h an’ every one of ye”

I is the multipurpose word:

it’s the thing in your ‘ead you see with

a way of saying yes when you’re told to do something

it’s a way of saying E when you’re the E.

J is a very noisy bird.

K is a very small cove where you park your ship.

L is where all pirates go when they die.

M is like E except the other way around “I ‘it m.”

N is a location, “D rum is n d barrel so get it yesself dammye”

O is another exclamation of surprise, as in “O I see.”

P is disgusting and best not talked about publicly.

Q is a very long line.

R is a way of saying “mine” when there’s more than one “my”

S is like B except the other way around, “He s a pirate too.”

T is what sissies and what landlubbers drink

U is like E except when you’re talking to the E, “I’ll ‘it u in a

minute.”

V is how Germans say I, as in “V are not amused.”

W is when the U ‘its you back an ye see two of ‘em.

X is what an evil wizard puts on ye.

Y is a very good question.

Z is how Frenchmen say D, “Z t s n z barrel.”
