CaptC
So, I recently opened up a starter set. I needed the rule book, skelly breakers are nice, already had an Azarphan but twins are nice, and the crusaders grunts will make decent spectral minions with a suitable paint job. But - I didn't find anything that indicated the box was worth swag points. Did I miss it? What are the starter box and the faction boxes worth re: swag, and how do you prove it? Erion
The last box I bought had a tag printed on the box itself with regards to its swag value...
ladystorm
Reaper SWAG FAQs are found here. Including: How many SWAG points is <insert name of item> worth?SWAG is based on packaging options, not on size or cost of purchase. all blister cards currently being produced are worth one SWAG Point. small box sets (for example Learn to Paint kits, Deathsleet, Warlord Faction Starter Set) are 5 SWAG Points. large box sets (for example Kaladrax, Warlord Deluxe Starter Set) are 10 SWAG points. Save the UPC from the packaging if there is no SWAG/Proof of Purchase Box.
Spatula
The "swag" amount is listed on the outside of my "Warlord Delux" box.
CaptC
The "swag" amount is listed on the outside of my "Warlord Delux" box. Hmmm, not on mine. Must have gotten some old boxes from my distributor. Well, I'll help them clear that up soon. Thanks for the info, Ladystorm! I'll point my customers at that link. Vil-hatarn
It's not immediately noticeable, I believe it's on the front of the part that folds up...should say something like small boxed set, 5 swag points. I don't think there would be an issue with old stock, they've been printing them that way for years and the warlord sets aren't that old. ladystorm
I think the newer boxes are lacking the swag notice.
CaptC
I think the newer boxes are lacking the swag notice. Or it's possible I just lost the darn thing, if it's a separate piece of paper from the box. I'll check with the next customer that purchases one of the boxes. Reaperbryan
It's not separate. If they turn in the squre with the part number sticker on the box we'll redeem it based on it's part code and box size as described by Ladystorm above.
underling
Assuming I don't want a keychain, tshirt, or duffle bag... would I be able to redeem said points for something more appealing in the future? Figs or paints- are they a possibility?
ladystorm
no Reaper SWAG FAQs are found here.
underling
Right, I am aware that you currently can't get those items. What I asked is if they were planned for the future (you know, so I hold on to my points).
Qwyksilver
Underling, I wouldn't hold your breath on new figures or paints becoming available via SWAG anytime in the near or distant future. The hats are very comfortable and well made, I'd definitely recommend one of those if you're trying to find the alternative to some of the other items.
