Which has the longer wait before a new codex? Do you have a friend that would share a codex when you needed to build an army?

Either one could be a fun army, and who cares what the model nazis think? Kroid nazis I care about. Idiots, I don't. Make your bugs with SST bits, and let them complain out of jealousy.

I would if SaintRigger would send me some more bits :poke:

Your 'nids sound pretty fun. I'm partial to the old citadel sculpts.

Meanwhile, having just painted up a Dark Angels army, the new Space Marines codex has left me extremely unenthused about 40k. I've downloaded the CAV rulebook and dusted off my Battletech figures..

You can use the codex rules for the Dark Angels.

I'm working on DA chapter right now (because I love the colors and the robes)

It doesn't bother me much :)

Although you can't go wrong with CAV :)

You should see the drubbing I got on another forum when I suggested doing so..

(I ended up exploding at one poster and got banned for a week in fact).

Remember, it takes a Space Marine very comfortable in his heterosexuality to wear a dress into battle.

Yes, herein lies the crux of the issue.

Lionel Johnson (the poet) was gay. Dark Angel is a poem of him grappling with his lust and how it is in conflict with his religious faith.

The Dark Angels primarch is named Lion El'Johnson (for those unfamiliar) - which makes their "Secret" rather amusing if you are familiar with the poet.
