pae
Well, my least favorite vegetable (I'm assuming that was the subject) is eggplant.
Humansquish
I like most vegetables, but I don't care for brussel sprouts.
axegrrl
Even worse than eggplant is okra... eggplant you can at least hide in stuff if you do it right. Okra... iew.
slidedog
Ughhh Brussell Sprouts. Taste a bit like really nasty feet smell. Even think of them gives me a shudder.
Star Drifter
Okrah. I believe that's just about the only vegetable I don't like. I'm not too bad when it comes to frying up an eggplant and making a sauce to go over it. Any other veggie is best served steamed to a hot crisp. Or turned into salsa. I've even been known to pick a fresh green pepper out of the garden, polish it on my shirt, and eat it like an apple. Mmmmm veggies..... Kheprera
For me it's all about how the veggie is prepared. I love okra and brussel sprouts. If there is a vegetable I don't care for, it's yellow squash. It has no flavor, tends towards mushiness, and is just generally icky for me. Spaghetti squash isn't my favorite, but that's because the first time I ever experienced it, my grandmother baked it whole in the oven and cut it open on the table. It moved like worms. Rastl
Califlower. The evil white thing. I hate everything about this vegetable.
Kheprera
Califlower. The evil white thing. I hate everything about this vegetable. Okay, you got me. Yellow squash I can, at least, choke down. Cauliflower is just nasty as nasty can get. So nasty I try to forget it even exists. Cheese doesn't even make it better.
mooseyjoe
it's definatley got to be cauliflower. It's not even a real vegetable, it's like an evil twisted genetically altered X-men Bad guy mutant veggie. You know how Bizzarro super man is the exact opposite of super man, cauliflower is like bizzarro broccoli.
Sergeant_Crunch
I like most vegetables. I can choke down okra, but I prefer it deep fried (anything's better deep fried ). Love brussel sprouts, cauliflower, and cabbage but never get to eat them or anything made from them (like sour kraut) becuase my wife abhors them like nature abhors a vacuum. What I don't like is cooked spinach. I like it all nice and leafy in a salad or something like that, but as soon as you cook it, keep it away. Funny thing is, my wife loves cooked spinach. Go figure. I choke it down to set a good example for the kids. Ahh the sacrifices we make for our children.
mooseyjoe
When I was young I was raised with the idea that I would be as strong as Pop-Eye if I ate my spinach, and that carrots would put extra sparkles in my eyes. To this day spinach (in any form) and carrots are my favorite veggies.
Sergeant_Crunch
What I miss are green onions. My grandpa and I used to walk out to the garden pick a few, clean 'em up a bit, and eat 'em standing in the middle of the garden, rinse lather and repeat. Super Administrators kit Posted April 21, 2006 Super Administrators Share Posted April 21, 2006 it's definatley got to be cauliflower. It's not even a real vegetable, it's like an evil twisted genetically altered X-men Bad guy mutant veggie. You know how Bizzarro super man is the exact opposite of super man, cauliflower is like bizzarro broccoli. So how do you feel about Broccoflower? For me it's squash. I don't care for squash, but that's okay because it doesn't really care for me. Technically, squash is a fruit. Yet it's the only fruit/veggie that consistently triggers my gag reflex, no matter what variety or how it's prepared or served. The closest I get to any squash is zucchini bread and pumpkin pie. But my love for pumpkin pie is wildly inverse to my revulsion from other squashes. Perhaps it's to make up for the brutal inequality present in my tastes. kit
