Jabberwocky
Here was my entry into the "Something Blue" contest over at Exodus-Road.com. Unfortunately, he didn't place--the competition was fierce. He is mostly the standard Ra'am. I added some greenstuff for the vine and a skull bit on the base. Many thanks to Ixmini and everyone else's advice on the motif for his kilt. I was going for a very simple Aztec/Mesoamerican theme. I hope you enjoy him--there have been a flurry of cool lizards here recently. As always, comments and critiques highly desired!
Painting Raven
Wow, I love the pose and the base. The blue is very nice and overall the presentation is solid. The only thing I could critique is that the blue, although nice, seems flat somehow. Its difficult to put a finger on it but perhaps it could be a lack of depth in the shading, perhaps a real dark blue in the deepest recesses? I'm not quite sure and I could be missing something too. Otherwise, I'm sorry it didn't place, its a nice figure.
Humansquish
This one got my #1 vote. The freehand on the kilt thingy is fantastic. The base is very nice too.

Redhandstudios
Base-Fu is strong within you! Great job..I never think to paint lizard guy blue, I always go for green, maybe it is time to re-think that...
skavenbabe
I agree a bit with Painting Raven. I think some darker shadows would have really added some depth to this piece. The free hand looks fab and that base is awesome
