dewen
I think I spent more time trying to figure out how to get this guy on his base and assembling than I did painting.

dewen
Nice looking Scorp, Dewen! I really like the reddish tinge. Thanks. I went with red because I was burnt out on tan and brown from painting all those mummies

I went with red because I was burnt out on tan and brown from painting all those mummies I like the use of the red too (just don't let anybody call it a lobster ) Now I want to go order all the Neksofar minis I have on my wish list... Voladilk
That red looks great. It would go really well with some sand I nicked from a riverbed in Broken Hill, NSW, nice deep reddish colour (large portions of central Australia have varied red colours in the sands). Looks great the way it is now though mate.
dewen
Thanks for the compliments. I definitely did not intend for it to look like a lobster ;) but wanted something a little different. I really painted this one pretty quickly.
Lilly
I know I never say anything on the forums(nor can I show any of my paint jobs, because I don't have a good camera), but I think this would look really neat with some gloss tossed on it.
